The Ethical Dilemma And Coping Tactics Of Social Work Intervention In The Service For Workers With Work-related Injuries

Since the 1990 s,with the application of new technology,new problems have emerged,and the situation of social work needs to be dealt with is becoming more and more complex.Social workers are practitioners of social work ethics.In the process of social work practice,social workers may be accompanied by various ethical dilemmas and ethical choices in the early,middle and late stages from intervention to the end of the service.Therefore,whether industrial injury visiting social workers can efficiently deal with various types of ethical dilemmas faced in the actual service process and make appropriate and optimal ethical choices is not only conducive to the smooth progress of industrial injury workers' service activities.It is also an important guarantee to improve the service satisfaction of industrial injury workers and the long-term and healthy development of Pingshan social work industry.The urgent need of reality and the lack of theoretical research highlight the important theoretical value and practical significance of social workers involved in the service of industrial injury workers facing ethical dilemma and digestion strategy research.In this paper,the author takes the industrial injury visiting project carried out in Pingshan District of Shenzhen in May 2015 as the starting point,and takes the field of industrial injury workers as the main research object,focusing on the ethical dilemma faced by social workers involved in the service of industrial injury workers.Using the six steps of Luman's ethical choice model,this paper analyzes the typical cases collected in the service,and summarizes and analyzes the three types of ethical dilemmas faced by social workers in the service of industrial injury workers,including the ethical dilemma caused by cognitive conflict,the ethical dilemma caused by conflict of interest and demand,and the ethical dilemma caused by conflict of care.According to the types of ethical dilemma,this paper analyzes the causes of different ethical dilemmas from three different dimensions,including: from the perspective of ethical cognition,the tripartite value concept of social workers' work-related injury workers' government organizations deviates from each other;From the perspective of ethical care,professional and social resources are difficult to meet and respond to the needs of workers.Based on the analysis of the types and causes of ethical dilemmas and the actual situation of social workers' intervention in the service of industrial injury workers,this paper puts forward three strategies: first,to improve the spirit and ability of social work professional service from the social work level and to establish resource link and information communication and sharing mechanism.
