With the deepening of secondary vocational education reform,especially in recent years,the number and quality of students entering secondary vocational colleges are increasing year by year,which is bound to put forward higher challenges to the development of secondary vocational colleges,teachers and management level.As the most valuable resource in the human resources of secondary vocational colleges,the management of “double qualified” teachers' human resources has attracted more and more attention of the education authorities and relevant administrative departments,especially in the underdeveloped areas of the minority areas of secondary vocational schools,the lack of “double qualified ” teachers' human resources is particularly prominent,which has a solid theoretical foundation and is of great significance The demand for teachers with rich practical experience is very urgent.Therefore,the importance of “double qualified” teachers in secondary vocational colleges is self-evident.To study and explore the human resource management of “ double qualified ” teachers is an urgent need for the self-development of secondary vocational education in the region,and also an objective demand for the social and economic development of the region.Based on the Tacheng area,this paper takes three secondary vocational colleges with different majors and different development backgrounds as examples,from the perspective of human resource development and management,explores the current situation of “double qualified” teachers' ability in secondary vocational colleges,combs the serious shortage of “double qualified” teachers in vocational colleges,explores the main factors affecting the improvement of teachers' practical training teaching ability,and puts forward some suggestions In view of the reality of the transformation of the vocational colleges and social economic structure in the District,this paper puts forward corresponding strategies and suggestions from the perspectives of the policy-making and supervision department,human resource management organization department,education and teaching department,industry education integration cooperation enterprise,secondary vocational colleges and practical training teachers themselves,so as to provide reference for the improvement of the ability of“double qualified”teachers and the improvement of human resource management in the region and surrounding secondary vocational colleges The development provides a reference for reference.
