On 10th September,2018,General Secretary Xi Jinping,pointed out at National Education Conference that we should carry forward the spirit of labor among students,educate and guide them to advocate and respect labor,and understand the labour is the most glorious,noble,the greatest and beautiful truth.So they can do hard work,honest and creative work when they grow up.On 24 th November,2020,General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out at the National Conference of Model Workers and Advanced Workers that we should vigorously promote the spirit of model workers,as well as the spirit of labor and craftsmen.The "National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Plan" frankly pointed out that,vocational education and general education are two different types of education,which have an equally important status.Emphasize the need to develop secondary vocational education as an important basis for the popularization of high school education and building a vocational education system with Chinese characteristics,maintain the general proportion of high school education duties comparable,so that the vast majority of new urban and rural labor force can receive high school education.Actively recruit students who have not graduated from junior and high school,veterans,retired athletes,laid-off workers,and returning migrant workers to receive secondary vocational education;Serve the rural revitalization strategy and train practical rural talents with new professional farmers as the main body.Encourage secondary vocational schools to cooperate with primary and junior schools to carry out labor and vocational enlightenment education,and incorporate hands-on practical content into relevant courses and comprehensive quality evaluation.It is no doubt that secondary vocational students are an important part of the youth in the new era,and they directly face the workplace after graduation,who is an important force of the national labor force.Actually,many students despise labor and do not cherish the fruits of labor,which is not only the lack of labor education,but also more reflected in the lack of the spirit of labor.It is extremely important and special to strengthen the labor education and cultivate the labor spirit of diligence,struggle,innovation,and dedication of secondary vocational students.This paper responds to General Secretary Xi Jinping ’s instructions on students’ labor education,the needs of new workers and students ’ comprehensive development,explores the way of cultivating the labour spirit of secondary vocational students by theoretical vision Based on education management.Takes the relevant literature materials as the study basis,through research methods such as questionnaires,interviews,field observation,case study method,and so on,selects my school---"L Secondary Vocational School" as the research model,to analyze the importance and particularity for cultivating the labor spirit of students in secondary vocational schools;Taking the research model as the starting point,analyzing the current labor situation,labor spirit and labor education of secondary vocational school students,as well as the current situation and existing problems of the way of cultivating the vocational students’ labour spirit.Taking the macro level of school moral education management as the starting point,specifically from "three construction" of labor education system construction,labor culture construction,home & school and social labor practice construction and so on,to conclude the labor education in secondary vocational schools.Grasp the macro aspect,and implement the micro aspect,take the labor spirit as the starting point,build souls for students in the new era,strengthen the labor spirit deeply in the heart of students;Take the labor practice as the foothold,supply the missing part of labor education.From the level of school education management,to provide an effective practical and theoretical basis,and come up with reasonable suggestions,then further take action measures,promote the development of Labor education in middle students ’moral education management in secondary vocational schools,which provides some reference for secondary vocational students in other province to solving similar problems.At the same time,it can also broaden the research field of moral education management in the education management discipline system,and further enrich the labor education practice system.
