The employment problem has been widely concerned for a long time,especially in the context of the current global economic downturn and the impact of the sudden epidemic situation.The employment problem is prominent.Employment is related to the future and destiny of individuals,and stable employment is an important aspect of the stability of society and the whole country.Employment pressure has always been one of the main pressures of college students.With the increasing number of college graduates in recent years,the attention of employment pressure related issues has increased significantly.Affected by the dual structure of urban and rural areas,the talent resources in large and medium-sized cities are seriously saturated and structurally surplus,while small and medium-sized cities have great development potential but lack of talents.This contradiction leads more and more college students to return home for employment.At present,the discussion on the influencing factors of the willingness to return to work is relatively general,and the discussion on the influence mechanism of a single variable on the willingness to return to work is relatively scarce.Therefore,this paper takes university graduates as the research object,explores the influence of employment pressure on their willingness to return to work,and introduces variables such as career selection efficacy and employment social support,which constitute the main model of this study.This paper first introduces the research problems through the background analysis,combs the research significance,content,ideas and other aspects,and summarizes the connotation,influencing factors and current research results of the four variables in this paper,namely,employment pressure,willingness to return home for employment,employment self-efficacy and employment social support,on the premise of browsing and sorting out the relevant literature and basic theories.Then it puts forward four hypotheses and builds a theoretical model,and verifies the hypotheses according to the survey and analysis results.Finally,the conclusion of this study is drawn and several practical suggestions are put forward.The conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)employment pressure has a positive impact on the willingness to return home for employment,that is,the greater the employment pressure,the higher the willingness to return home for employment.When the environment interacts with the individual to produce a sense of pressure,such a strong sense of pressure will reduce the individual's expectation of highly competitive and challenging work,and hold a conservative attitude towards the individual's competitiveness and future expectations,so as to improve the individual's return home for employment(2)career self-efficacy plays a mediating role in the impact of employment pressure on the willingness to return to work,that is,the level of career self-efficacy will act on the positive impact of employment pressure on the willingness to return to work,and lower career self-efficacy will promote the return to work;(3)social support for employment positively moderates the impact of career self-efficacy on the willingness to return to work,that is,the external environment Social support in employment can improve individual's confidence,affect their self-efficacy and reduce their willingness to return home for employment;(4)employment social support moderates the mediating role of self-efficacy in the relationship between employment pressure and willingness to return home for employment,that is,when individuals feel certain external social support,it will affect their inner Employment Confidence and adjust their self-efficacy The effect of sense on the main effect.Based on the above conclusions,this paper puts forward several suggestions:first,correctly face the employment pressure.Employment pressure exists objectively and is increasing gradually.Instead of avoiding it blindly,we should face it bravely and take positive actions to overcome it.Second,set up a rational view of employment.To change the traditional concept and rationally treat the problem of returning home for employment,it is a good choice to return home for employment under the premise of serious saturation of talent resources in large and medium-sized cities.Third,learn to recognize yourself.To understand the self-efficacy and social support of employment,and strive to build up the confidence of choosing a job and make the most suitable choice.Fourth,strengthen social support.Family,school,government and society should reasonably strengthen the spiritual and material support and help for college graduates to promote individual employment.
