Research On The Situation Of Mini Basketball In Xinjiang

The 2017 China Basketball Association’s "Mini Basketball,Big Dream" development plan was launched in Beijing,officially opening a new era of mini basketball development in China.This research mainly uses the literature method,the mathematical statistics method,the questionnaire survey method,the interview method to investigate the mini basketball development present situation,proposes the development countermeasure,promotes the Xinjiang mini basketball movement development.The results show that the school level: positive leadership attitude;teachers’ qualifications are in line with the law,lack of training opportunities;schools have no mini basketball funds,uneven development of equipment and facilities;no mini basketball courses,no mini basketball teaching materials,Use mini basketball frequency is not high;social level: training camp organization and management department is not comprehensive.Management education is mostly in the undergraduate level,mainly engaged in sports,management work.The training camp is diversified in teaching curriculum,teaching time arrangement and teaching content,and the training camp coaches have higher quality,tend to be younger,more full-time coaches,short years of employment and insufficient teaching experience.Government ownership The next league competition team number is more,the propaganda way is single,the sponsor is less;the society dominates the league propaganda means is rich,the sponsor is many,the competition schedule is tight,the time is short.Make countermeasures: school promotion as the main body,establish and perfect curriculum,create teaching materials;strengthen the construction of teachers,increase training opportunities;increase funds allocation,apply for social resources assistance;training camp perfect organization and management organization,managers strengthen learning,Strengthen coach training;expand business scope and launch basketball model.
