Objective: In order to make the structure and content of the subject more convincing,I have sorted out some training methods to improve and strengthen the way of basketball players' pitching through reading the relevant literature and consulting the relevant professionals.And perfect the design of the contrast test to be done in this subject.The main purpose of the experiment is to train the core strength of the experimental group,and to analyze the role of basketball jumper technique and dynamic balance ability in the core strength training.Methods:18 basketball players of Zhengzhou University basketball team were selected as the research object by literature search method,experiment method and mathematical statistics method.They were divided into two groups,then the core strength training of the experimental group was carried out for two months.The changes before and after the experiment were recorded,and the influence of core strength training on basketball jumper technique and dynamic balance ability was further analyzed.Experimental results: after eight weeks of experiments,core strength training in basketball,low technical difficulty of the five-point jumper hit ratio compared with the traditional strength training,both can improve the hit rate of basketball players,and core strength training does not show too much advantage.On the other hand,in the technically difficult cross drift jumper,while both training methods can improve the hit rate,core strength training shows a more obvious advantage.Conclusion: the analysis and research of the experimental results of the contrast test can be used as an important breakthrough to bring the core strength training into other basketball technical training,or to other sports that need the core strength training.If the use of core strength training in basketball and other sports training,I believe that we can certainly improve the ability and level of sports.Suggestions: in the training plan of athletes,we should not only train the strength of athletes,but also pay attention to the weakness of athletes,so as to realize the shooting rate of athletes under the unstable factors and the more calm because of the changeable situation in the field.Secondly,we should increase the research on the core strength training,to add this training to the training of athletes,to improve the level of athletes.
