In the new era,the state and society put forward higher requirements for the development of college students in the new era.How to make college students become new people in the era of national rejuvenation is not only a hot issue of academic attention,but also a problem facing the country and society.The constructors and successors of college students' socialist cause,their sense of responsibility and ability of responsibility are related to the realization of Chinese Dream,which determines the importance of college students to establish a correct and scientific view of responsibility.Therefore,in the face of the new situation and new tasks brought by China's deep transformation,we need to deepen and expand the research on the responsibility view of young college students.As an important content of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,the cultivation of college students' view of responsibility in the new era should always adhere to the guiding position of Marxism.Marx and Engels' exposition on the concept of responsibility shows the proletariat "why,why and how to be responsible ",and Lenin's exposition on the concept of responsibility more concretely shows what kind of responsibility young people should bear.The concept of responsibility of the Chinese Communists was formed in the period of socialist revolution,reform and construction.Their exposition on the concept of responsibility and its cultivation laid a theoretical foundation for the concept of responsibility of college students in the new era and its cultivation.Different cultural backgrounds form different views of responsibility,the starting point of our view of responsibility is collectivism,and the starting point of western view of responsibility is individualism.In the new era,college students set up a correct view of responsibility as the balance point of the two,that is,the combination of individual reasonable interests and collective interests,under the premise of pursuing individual reasonable interests,to safeguard collective interests.Responsibility is the unity of individual internal restraint and external responsibility is essentially the alienation of the subject of responsibility.On the one hand,they regard responsibility as a forced behavior;on the other hand,the purpose of responsibility is utilitarian.At the same time,the results of the questionnaire show that the problems existing in the concept of responsibility of college students are as follows: the cognition and practice of the concept of self-development responsibility,the cognition of national responsibility,the cognition and practice of international responsibility.The lack of subjectivity and weak willpower of college students are the internal factors that lead to the existence of this problem.The educators,educational objects,cultivation contents and methods,as well as the family and social levels in colleges and universities are their external factors.Therefore,this paper puts forward specific countermeasures.First of all,we should improve the education of colleges and universities,adhere to the principle of cultivating the concept of responsibility of college students in the new era,enrich the content of cultivation,optimize the methods of cultivation,perfect the construction of teachers' team,and promote the self-education of educational objects.Secondly,give play to the positive role of family education.We should start from promoting the formation of good family style and changing the way of family education.Finally,strengthen social education.It mainly includes creating a good social education atmosphere and innovating the form of social education.
