In the era of extremely developed network communication,the speech subject has changed from the traditional one-way line of "communication-acceptance" to the two-way interaction between "communication" and "acceptance".As a supplement to the real society,the network society,coupled with the characteristics of open borders and extensive timeliness of communication,has brought convenience to people's lives.At the same time,some anomie phenomena of online speech behavior have followed,which also shows that people lack a certain sense of responsibility in the network speech environment.In addition,bad speech relies more on the self-discipline of speech behavior subjects.The hidden features of cyberspace can easily amplify people's "freedom" and weaken this "self-discipline",and the law cannot completely and absolutely control it effectively,which can easily lead to the unhealthy development of the public opinion environment,ranging from personal ideological cognition to social order and national ideological security.College students,as a highly educated and active network group in China,may be the initiators and promoters of the anomie of online speech,but they may also effectively stop some online speech behaviors,which lies in their own qualities,such as their strong sense of responsibility in the network.College students,as one of the most concerned groups in China,naturally have great expectations for this highly educated group,thinking that they should be highly educated,highly educated and highly qualified.Once some of their individual speech behaviors are out of order and are considered to be lacking in responsibility,they can easily be promoted to the whole group,and even the universities behind the college students are stigmatized.This paper intends to carry out a systematic study on the cultivation of college students' sense of responsibility for online speech in the new era from five aspects.The first part is the introduction,which expounds the research background,research purpose,research significance,research summary at home and abroad,etc.The second part mainly discusses the related definitions and theoretical basis of online speech.The third part mainly analyzes the investigation results and objective facts of the current situation of college students' online speech responsibility,and summarizes some concrete manifestations of the lack of college students' online speech responsibility through discovering its positive and negative aspects.The fourth part mainly analyzes the reasons of college students' lack of online speech responsibility,mainly from three aspects: college students need to develop in an all-round way,the complexity of network environment and the deficiency of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.The fifth part is the path of cultivating college students' sense of responsibility for online speech in the new era,which is mainly based on ideological and political education in colleges and universities,mainly including cultivating ideas,cultivating mechanisms and cultivating specific strategies.
