Research On The Current Situation Of College Students' Labor Concept And Education Path

In March 2020,the State Council of the CPC Central Committee issued “ the Opinions on Comprehensively Strengthening Labor Education in Universities,Schools and Colleges in the New Era”,explicitly making labor education a key part of the five education systems for educating people in the new era.The core of labor education is to cultivate a correct concept of labor.How to educate and guide college students to revere and respect labor,recognize the value and significance of labor,and create personal value for society with down-to-earth hard work has become a common topic of concern for educators at present.This study first explains the relevant core concepts.Firstly,it clarifies the connotation of labor and analyzes the characteristics of labor and college students' labor in the new era.Secondly,the connotation and structure of labor concept are clarified.The concept of labor refers to people's fundamental view and basic attitude toward labor.The concept of labor mainly consists of two parts: the values of labor(the concept of labor purpose,the concept of labor honor and shame,the concept of labor division,and the concept of labor ontology)and the basic attitudes toward labor(the attitudes toward labor,including labor innovation;the attitudes toward laborers;and the attitudes toward the fruits of labor).Thirdly,the connotation of labor concept education is clarified,as well as the significance and value of labor concept education for college students in the new era.Secondly,the study of the formation mechanism of labor concept.On the basis of clarifying the influencing elements of college students' labor concept formation,the process and general laws of labor concept formation are studied,and the formation of labor concept mainly follows the following process and laws: labor cognition-labor emotional identity-labor will accommodation--Establishment of labor concept.The formation of college students' labor concept is characterized by autonomy,difference,complexity and generation.Thirdly,the current situation of college students' labor concept is investigated and problems are analyzed.The survey results show that college students' labor concept is generally positive,but there are still some college students who have one-sided cognition of labor,indifferent labor emotion,unconscious and unconscious labor concept,and the problem of lack of knowledge and action.The results of the difference analysis show that the development of college students' labor concept is unbalanced and there are individual differences.Fourth,the research on the path of labor concept education of college students.In view of the problems of college students' labor concept,combined with the characteristics of college students' labor in the new era and the general rule of college students' labor concept formation,the path of labor concept education in colleges and universities is proposed: to establish the correct education goal of labor concept with the socialist core values as the leader;to build a labor curriculum that combines specialization and integration to deepen labor cognition;to stimulate emotion and adjust labor motivation;to strengthen will and correct labor dynamics,from The three dimensions of "knowledge,emotion and intention" together promote the formation of a correct concept of labor.At the same time,through strengthening the construction of labor education teachers and labor evaluation system,we build a guarantee mechanism for college students to establish a correct labor concept.
