University stage is the key period for the formation of individual world outlook,outlook on life and values,as well as the important stage for the development and perfection of individual self-awareness and concept.But at the same time,entering the university,college students leave their families and begin to participate in social life independently,facing the difficulties and setbacks in life,study,and work alone,they will face many pressures and challenges,and those who are less likely to result in loss of value,loss of meaning,life emptiness and other psychological problems,serious ones can lead to extreme behaviors such as suicide,self-harm,and harm to other people's lives.The essential reason is the indifference to life and the lack of correct life values.Therefore,to strengthen the life education of college students and to study the status quo,influencing factors and countermeasures of life education of college students is not only the need of cultivating socialist talents with Chinese characteristics,but also the need of ideological and political work of college students.This paper mainly includes the following five parts:(1)Define relevant concepts and sort out the theoretical basis.This paper defines the three core concepts of life,life values and college students' life education,and sorts out and explains the relationship between college students' life education and ideological and political education.Then the theoretical basis of life education is sorted out to provide the corresponding theoretical support for improving and enriching the life education system of college students.(2)The whole process of college students' life education and its components are studied.The process of college students' life education is an important link of college students' life education.The completion of educational content and the realization of educational objectives are realized in this link.Through the analysis of the four components of life education process for college students: educational environment,educational agents,educators and educational objects,the concrete connotation of the four components and the interaction law of each other are understood,which lays a theoretical foundation for further empirical research.(3)Investigation on the status quo of college students' life education.Firstly,according to the definition and constitution theory of life education for college students,the Questionnaire on the Status Quo of Life Education for College Students(teacher version and student version)was compiled,and then a questionnaire survey was conducted on some college students and teachers in China.By analyzing the questionnaire data,the author grasps the overall situation and existing problems of the current college students' life education environment,education agents,educators and education objects,so as to provide support for further research and expand the perspective.(4)Study on the influencing factors of college students' life education.Education environment,education agents,educators and education objects are the four influential factors of college students' life education.However,in essence,life education for college students is to guide college students to establish positive life values.Education environment,education agents and educators all influence life education for college students through the life values of education objects.Therefore,it is necessary to study the influencing factors of the education object,namely the life values of college students,and then study how the other three aspects affect the life education of college students.Family factors are the basis for the formation of individual life values,but with the gradual increase of individual age and self-awareness,self-concept has become an important influencing factor of individual life values.Studies have also shown that family upbringing style and self-concept play an important role in the formation of college students' life values,but how the two affect the internal mechanism of college students' life values is still unclear.Therefore,on the basis of understanding the education objects' family upbringing style,self-concept and life value level through questionnaire,this study analyzes how family upbringing style and self-concept affect college students' life value through empirical research method.The results showed that there was a positive correlation between family upbringing style,self-concept and college students' life values.Moral self-concept plays a mediating role in the relationship between parenting style and life values.Therefore,college students' life values are affected by family upbringing style in the early stage,but self-concept plays an intermediary role in it.College life education can strengthen college students' self-concept as the starting point.(5)Path and strategy of life education for college students.To carry out college students' life education,we should start from "human being" and respect college students' dominant position.Based on the above empirical research conclusions on the internal mechanism affecting college students' life values,and from the aspects of life values cultivation,home-school linkage and self-concept improvement as the entry point,this paper puts forward the path and countermeasures to improve and enhance college students' life education environment,education agencies and educators.
