Research On Promotion Strategy Of Wushu Duan Syste M In Hubei Province

The fundamental purpose of the implementation of the Chinese Wushu Duan System is to promote the development of Chinese Wushu,to improve the martial arts skills and theoretical level of Chinese martial arts,and to strengthen the unified management of Chinese martial arts practitioners.Since the beginning of 1988,how to implement the Wushu Duan system in various provinces and cities has become the focus of attention of many Wushu managers and scholars.By using the methods of literature,interview,questionnaire,mathematical statistics,field investigation and SWOT analysis,this paper investigates the present situation of the implementation of Wushu Duan system in Hubei Province,and puts forward the promotion strategy combined with the actual situation.The following conclusions were drawn:1.In Hubei Province,the evaluation points are more concentrated and can not meet the needs of the candidates;the Wushu Duan system is based on the Chinese Wushu Duan system Series;the Wushu Duan system evaluation points are mainly indoor pavilions;the publicity methods are mainly advertising and periodicals;the Duan system evaluation points lack the necessary organization and operation,reward and punishment system;the lack of unified organization documents,financial support and professional management personnel leads to the low satisfaction of the existing promotion status2.The academic qualifications of those who have entered the section are distributed as "rugby football ",with two small and middle large students as the main undergraduates.The academic qualifications of those who have not entered the section are mainly undergraduate,mostly male;the motivation of those who take part in the martial arts segment system is mainly "learning martial arts culture "," assessing their own martial arts technical level" and "strengthening their physical fitness ";and "carrying forward and inheriting Chinese martial arts "," expanding the scale of martial arts in China " and " reflecting the martial arts level of Jin Duan people " rank in the top three of the cognition of Wushu segment system.3.Hubei Hubei Province,the teachers of Wushu Duan system are mainly male,mostly martial arts major,academic qualifications are mostly graduate students,the number of Duan digits is mostly four and five paragraphs,and the overall understanding of Wushu Duan system is good.4.The optimal strategy(SO strategy)for the promotion of Wushu Duan system in Hubei Province: to establish a standardized organization and operation system of Wushu Duan system in Hubei Province,to promote the commercialization and market-oriented operation of Wushu Duan system in Hubei Province,and to construct an integrated mechanism for the development of Wushu Duan system into the campus;The third strategy(ST strategy): to host and participate in all kinds of high-level martial arts events,to enhance the influence of martial arts in Hubei Province,to attach importance to the propaganda of martial arts culture in Wudang,and to give full play to the radiation role of martial arts promotion.Minimum strategy(WT strategy): to develop the cultural tourism industry in combination with regional martial arts culture.
