With the evolution of the popularization stage of higher education in China,higher vocational colleges have become an indispensable part of the higher education system in China.Although the employees of the education system have strong social and public characteristics,under the background of the economic market,the employees of education still have the need of life security and yearning for the quality of life.Therefore,the problem of teachers' salary management has become the focus of higher vocational colleges in recent years.In its sense,the scientific salary management can realize the incentive to teachers in higher vocational colleges in the form of salary,enhance the enthusiasm of teachers in higher vocational colleges,and then improve the work of teachers in higher vocational colleges The educational level of higher vocational colleges has certain influence.At the same time,it can also increase the attraction of higher vocational colleges to excellent teachers and optimize the teacher structure of higher vocational colleges.This article takes the salary management as the research core content,takes the teacher in the Jiugang Group Vocational and Technical College as the research object,through the literature method,the questionnaire method and so on writing method,carries on the improvement research to the Jiugang Group Vocational and Technical College salary management.This paper finds that the teachers of the Vocational and Technical College of Jiugang Group have low satisfaction with salary,whether it is the satisfaction of basic salary,performance salary,allowance and welfare.In the actual investigation,it is found that in the salary management of teachers in the Vocational and Technical College of Jiugang Group,there are low salary level,lack of competitiveness,unscientific salary system structure and salary grade setting The problems of unreasonable compensation,failure to give full play to the role of incentive and the long-term shortage of compensation incentive are mainly due to the limited educational funds,the lack of scientific design of school salary structure and incentive,the insufficient budget management of school and salary,and the insufficient legislative guarantee and support of government departments for vocational education.In view of the present situation of teachers' salary management in the Vocational and Technical College of Jiugang Group,it is necessary to optimize the salary management.The optimization needs to adhere to the principles of competition,fairness,incentive,systematization and economy,and from the salary design,performance salary design,allowance salary design and welfare system degree design four angles to proceed.To solve the problem of salary management,we should set up the correct management thought,improve the salary level,optimize the salary structure design,perfect the examination system,and attach importance to the function of welfare and other factors.And it is necessary to improve the salary management of Jiugang Group Vocational and Technical College by increasing the construction of campus culture and caring for the staff,improving the organizational guarantee of salary management and perfecting the system construction.
