In the Human Resource Management, compensation management is one of the most important parts taken into account by both employee and investor. How to establish a legitimate, equitable compensation management system, improve the inspiriting impact of compensation, thereby attract, exploit, inspirit and retain the talented person, has become more and more important to the existence and development of corporation.Base on the review about theory of compensation management, this paper introduces the compensation system reformation of X company, describes the impact of scientific compensation system.This paper consists of 5 chapters.Chapter 1 reviews the theory of compensation and compensation management. Introduces the formation of compensation system, the typical compensation systems and the compensation planning procedure.Chapter 2 introduces the situation of X company. Analyses the shortcoming of the compensation system before reformation.In the chapter 3, the auther puts out the course of compensation system reformation, and discusses the job analysis, the job evaluation, the structure of the compensation and performance salary of the Compensation in detail.Chapter 4 summarizes the impact of legitimate compensation system of X company. Accentuates the contention of this paper: to some extent, compensation is accepted as drive for enterprise strategy.
