The Study On How Higher Vocational Education To Serve Urbanization In Anhu

The paper take the Higher Vocational Education and the development of urbanization in Anhui as background. Discuss the problem on how the higher vocational education of Anhui to serve urbanization. Analysis from the angle of economics:providing skilled human resources; promoting the employment structure adjustment and optimization of industrial structure; promoting the urbanization of farmers. The second and the third chapter introduces the concept of Higher Vocational Education and the connotation of urbanization. Followed by the introduction of present situation and limitation factors in the process of urbanization.As the emphasis of this paper, Chapter four points out the followed problems in the Urbanization of Higher Vocational Education services in Anhui province from three respects: Firstly, unequal human resource is unfavorable to the balanced development of the urbanization. Combining with the employment situation in2011graduates of Huishang Vocational College, this paper points out the objective current situation that vocational colleges in Anhui Province are unevenly distributed geographically; Secondly, the professional settings in vocational colleges are not suited to industrial development in Anhui province, which is mainly reflected in the following three aspects:the convergence of professional settings; the weak adaptability of the professional layout of the structure and industrial structure; the weak adaptability of the professional settings and pillar industries and emerging industries; Thirdly, points out the lack of higher vocational educational opportunities for Social workers. this paper maintains that Vocational education in Anhui Province can not cultivate adequate skilled personnel for urbanization, respectively from the teachers、practice teaching、the depth of school-enterprise cooperation and job training.The last chapter puts forward four countermeasures:Firstly, every distribute should increase investment and mine school potential, while increasing regional cooperation in higher vocational colleges, so as to promote balanced human resources in higher vocational education in Anhui province and accelerate the urbanization; Secondly, we should optimize vocational professional setting, so as to combine with the industrial development in Anhui province, while provide support for urbanization industry; Thirdly, expand the scale of recruitment of students independently and increase the in-service training of personnel. The last one, perfect the system of higher vocational teachers’recruitment, evaluation and training. It’s also necessary to strengthen the practice teaching and profound cooperation, In order to provide technical talents for urbanization, we should make perfect admissions policies.
