Campus Anti-Depression Existential Suffering

The mental health of college students has become one of the key concerns of the whole society,and one tragedy after another is constantly warning us that the mental health of college students has become an emergency.However,the current reports are oriented to the existing problems,but the hardships of the road of campus anti-suppression and the campus psychological services for prevention have not been sufficiently described and portrayed.This graduation project is an in-depth report,the theme of which is the plight of campus anti-depression.Including structural and institutional difficulties,explaining the dilemma between college psychological counseling centers and college administrative teachers;the cognitive problem,which portrays the lack of psychological education and proper knowledge of depression among school depressed people and their schools,teachers and classmates,resulting in unawareness of the illness or untreated illness.the service problem,which focuses on the challenges faced by campus services.Through the perspective of a peer,we conducted in-depth interviews with college students,depressed patients on campus and psychological service providers at various levels,trying to get closer to depressed patients on campus,showing their stories and real life conditions on campus,highlighting the problems they face on campus at this stage and the deep-seated reasons why these difficulties cannot be solved,i.e.,the difficulties in the construction of campus psychological services.The main theme of the project is to further promote the development of psychological services on campus.Through such a main line,we hope to further understand the contradiction between the increasingly serious psychological distress of college students and the weak psychological service system.
