Based on the background of the integration of sports and education,this study takes the subjects of Nanjing University's physical improvement course and the vulnerable college students as subjects to observe the influence of physical exercise on the negative emotions of the vulnerable college students,as well as the mediating and regulating roles of self-efficacy and psychological resilience,so as to provide reference for the improvement of physical exercise Students' negative emotions provide empirical basis.Through the physical exercise scale,negative emotion scale,self-efficacy scale and Psychological Resilience Scale,75 physically disadvantaged college students were investigated,and the mediation effect and regulation effect were analyzed by spss23.0.The results show that:(1)there is a significant negative correlation between physical exercise and negative emotion.(2)Before exercise intervention,the mediating effect of self-efficacy between physical exercise and negative emotion accounted for 23.95% of the total effect.After exercise intervention,the mediating effect of self-efficacy between physical exercise and negative emotion accounted for68.91% of the total effect.The mediating effect of self-efficacy increased by 44.96%.(3)Before exercise intervention,the mediating effect of resilience between physical exercise and negative emotion accounted for 41.16% of the total effect.After exercise intervention,the mediating effect of resilience between physical exercise and negative emotion accounted for 88.48% of the total effect.The mediating effect of resilience increased by 46.88%.(4)Self efficacy and resilience play a significant mediating role between physical exercise and negative emotions.(5)Before exercise intervention,the R2 change of family support interaction item in physical exercise and psychological resilience(support)reached a significant level,but the interaction item of interpersonal assistance and physical exercise was not significant.After the intervention,the R2 of family support and interpersonal assistance in physical exercise and psychological resilience(support)changed significantly.
