Research On Social Work Service For The Protection Of Children In Difficulty From The Perspective Of Project System

Extreme incidents of harm to children in difficulty have occurred frequently in recent years,and the protection of children in difficulty has attracted public and the state.Under the promotion of relevant national policies,some social welfare policies have been implemented one after another,and the scope of protection for children in difficulty has gradually expanded,and more children in difficulties have been included in the government's protection.In the context of the country's vigorous promotion of child welfare,various pilot projects for the protection of children in difficulty have been carried out throughout the country,so this paper is based on the practical exploration work in which the research on the protection of children in difficulty.This paper takes the project system as a research perspective,trying to solve the difficult problem of the protection of children in difficulty through project services.The paper researches through the opportunity of visits,using unstructured interviews and participatory observation methods to collect data on 317 children in difficulty in the T region of Zhuzhou City,and finds that there are a large number of children in difficulties,and the problems they face are more complex,and the levels of needs are diversified.Based on social support network theory and crisis intervention theory,it aims to protect children in difficulty through multi-system protection sites for children in difficulty and introduce protection mechanisms for them,combined with the intervention methods and skills of social work.On the one hand,through the practical exploration and case analysis of the entire minor protection project,the research fings that the project system has greater advantages in the protection of children in difficulty,and it can use comprehensive mechanisms,professional strength and resources to protect children in difficulty,which shows that the protection method of the project system can provide a useful experience reference for the protection of children in difficulty.On the other hand,it also summarized and reflected on the existing problems of the project,looking forward to continuous improvement and perfection.Finally,this research explores the protection of children in difficulty from the perspective of social work and finds that social work can solve most of the problems of children in difficulty and meet the needs of different types of children in difficulty,and it has a greater advantage in the protection of children in difficulty.In addition,it also reflected on the involvement of social work in the protection of children in difficulty and put forward several suggestions,hoping to bring some reference to the protection of children in difficulty in various places,and promote the quality and efficiency of the protection of children in difficulty.
