This paper takes ordinary high schools in Changchun City as the research object.Through literature review,questionnaire survey,field investigation and other methods,it sorts out the similarities and differences between the 2003 edition of curriculum standards and the 2017 edition of curriculum standards,and explores the problems existing in the physical education teaching of ordinary high schools in Changchun City under the background of the 2017 edition of curriculum standards from seven teaching elements,namely,teachers,students,physical education teaching objectives,physical education teaching methods,physical education teaching content,physical education teaching evaluation,and physical education teaching environment.The problems are found as follows :At present,there are few female teachers in high school physical education teachers in Changchun City,and some sports teachers are insufficient.Some teachers' awareness of the new curriculum needs to be improved,and the school needs to strengthen the training of the new curriculum.Teachers need to pay more attention to other goals besides physical fitness goals.Teachers rigidly adhere to the traditional teaching methods,not diversified teaching evaluation.Students have insufficient ability to make exercise plans and lack awareness of scientific exercise.Students show certain ability in the three dimensions of core literacy of sports discipline,but still need to be improved.At present,most schools in Changchun have not yet carried out elective course teaching.The shortage of venues and the lack of special teachers are important factors that have not opened elective courses.The schools that have carried out elective course teaching mainly focus on two series of ' ball games ' and ' track and field ',which has a certain gap with the six sports series proposed by the new curriculum standard of 2017.The physical education teaching environment needs to be improved,and the occupation of physical education classes occurs from time to time.According to the problems found,the following optimization suggestions are put forward :schools should expand the proportion of female teachers,and carry out special skills training for in-service physical education teachers.It is suggested that the competent department of education should strengthen the training of school managers and teachers on the new curriculum,and increase the publicity of the concept of the new curriculum through various ways.Physical education teachers should not only pay attention to the formulation of sports skills goals,but also strengthen the attention to physical goals,cognitive goals and emotional goals.It is recommended that teachers choose the teaching methods that students love and are willing to accept,and adopt a diversified evaluation model.Students 'physical exercise habits can be cultivated through the cooperation of schools,families and society.It is suggested to strengthen the content teaching of three dimensions of subject core literacy in teaching,and comprehensively promote the development of students ' core literacy.Schools that have not carried out elective courses can gradually carry out elective courses in a small scale on the basis of existing school resources.Schools that have carried out elective courses can gradually enrich the teaching types of sports projects.Relevant leaders should change their ideas from the ideological point of view,and regard the status of physical education as important as other disciplines.Schools should improve school sports facilities as much as possible on the basis of ability to ensure that types,quantity and quality can meet the needs of students.
