Researches On The Optimization Of Innovation And Entrepreneurship Education Management Offered By The Applied Undergraduate Colleges In Fujian Province

Innovation and entrepreneurship education management can motivate college students' motivation for innovation and entrepreneurship,availably facilitate the reform of college education and teaching,and realize high-quality development of talent training.However,due to the weak foundation of innovation and entrepreneurship deficient policy implementation and the short of corresponding supervision and inspection mechanisms,it still have many aspects for optimization.Based on the analysis of innovation and entrepreneurship education and management in the Application-oriented Universities in Fujian Province,Xiamen Medical College is considered an example.As a new application-oriented university,the "Cross medical innovation" ecosystem constructed by Xiamen Medical College takes "medical innovation combination" as the spatial vertical industry direction,which has distinct characteristics of Application-oriented Universities and medicine.This study explores three dimensions of the management system,management organization,and management team,as well as evaluates the complications and reasons for the management of innovation and entrepreneurship education.The main problems include the lack of guarantee for the linkage of management institutions,the deviation in the implementation of the management system,and the severe lag in the construction of the management team.Based on the results of Nanjing Institute of Engineering and Hubei Institute of Technology,the study presents recommendations towards optimizing innovation and entrepreneurship education,including fine construction,systematic organization,and professional restructuring of innovation and entrepreneurship training management team.We believe that this study could reference the innovation and entrepreneurship education management of Application-oriented Universities in Fujian Province.
