Since 2015,in order to better meet the needs of the economic transformation and upgrading of the society,the state has paid increasing attention to the integration of industry and education,and issued relevant policies significantly.The reform of the integration of industry and education has become an integral part of work that governments at all levels,universities and industries are committed to progress from the simple to the profound.The integration of Industry and education is an inevitable requirement for deepening educational reform and promoting the supply of human resources to meet the needs of industrial development in China and it is of great significance in improving the quality of personnel training,extending the scale of employment,serving the development of social economy and strengthening the innovation of Science and technology.This paper,taking co-governance as theoretical basis,defines the two main concepts of applied undergraduate colleges and universities and the integration of industry and education by collecting and sorting out relevant materials on the development of the integration of industry and education,and sorting out the relevant policies promulgated by the State and the first research results of scholars,and reviewing the development process of the integration of industry and education.Based on A university,this paper analyzes the current situation of the development of the integration of industry and education through statistical analysis and interviews,and sums up and summarizes the problems existing in the development of the integration of industry and education in applied undergraduate universities,in order to promote the development of the integration of industry and education in the application-oriented universities.This paper tries to explore the restrictive factors in the process of the integration of industry and education,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.In light of the requirements of relevant policy documents for the integrated development of industry and education,this paper analyzes the current situation of the integration of industry and education in A university from the aspects of the construction of discipline and specialty,the construction of teaching staff,the conditions of experimental training,the employment of graduates,the formulation of talent training programs,and the funding support from local government.This paper probes into the existing problems from the angles of three different subjects: the government,the universities and the industrial enterprises.In view of the factors restricting the development of the integration of production and education,this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures from three levels: government,universities and industrial enterprises.To promote the integration of industry and education in applied undergraduate universities,rapid and sound development requires the government to build a sound cooperative education system,improve policy formulation and strengthen institutional guarantee,improve funding input methods,and expand diversified funding channels,build an information sharing platform,carry out pilot projects to integrate industry with education,strengthening performance evaluation and other measures,and strengthening external support;colleges and universities should optimize the building of teaching staff,strengthen practice and experiment,and innovate the resource integration mechanism for practical teaching.Besides,it is necessary for industrial enterprises to cultivate an enterprise chain that is suitable for the integration of industry and education,to strengthen the role of enterprise participation as the main body,and to enhance the authoritative position of industrial organizations.
