Strengthening the construction and management of teachers in higher vocational colleges and improving the overall level of teachers are the most urgent and urgent problems facing higher vocational colleges.Growth pattern in order to build in teaching and teacher education,navigation,standard system of science,improve the system of evaluation of teachers in higher vocational colleges,the state actively promote teachers' incentive mechanism,private higher vocational colleges,as a member of the very special education,and gradually introduce the concept of incentive mechanism,in order to better stimulate the enthusiasm of teachers,motivate teachers science and education work in depth.Based on this,this thesis has carried on the more thorough research to the private higher vocational college teacher incentive mechanism.This thesis firstly combed the non-governmental higher vocational colleges and other related concepts,then in ERG,expectations,and under the guidance of two-factor theory,hunan institute of NF as representatives of the private higher vocational colleges,when choosing the research method is not only used a questionnaire survey,and choose the interview method,through the survey we found the NF college are not exist in many ways,such as: Performance evaluation incentive formalization,teacher title promotion,such as difficult,teachers' job burnout is prone to the reason of these problems has management idea lags behind,the perceived value will get recognition,responsibility.it is restricted by many factors,lack of effective support,to improve the status of teachers performance appraisal system is not strict,and then put forward three guiding principles,one is both pay attention to long-term incentives,and don't ignore short-term incentives;Secondly,we should pay attention to the material incentive and not neglect the spiritual incentive.Three is in the rewards at the same time,also make the appropriate punishment,starting from the following five aspects:optimization of college teachers incentive mechanism,namely: the perfect compensation incentive mechanism,set up performance appraisal mechanism,perfecting the teacher training,optimization of career promotion incentives,motivating teachers' sense of intrinsic value,can also for other private higher vocational colleges to strengthen teachers' incentives to provide certain reference value.
