Research On The Characteristics And Effect Of Secondary Attack Blocking Of Hunan Normal University Men's Volleyball Team

With the continuous development of volleyball,the duty of the players on the court tends to be more and more specialized.In the high-level volleyball match,the division of labor of the players is clear,and the corresponding skills and tactics characteristics of each position are obvious.Offensive players play an indispensable role in a team's lineup,and their main tasks in the game are blocking,screening and fast break.In volleyball,blocking and defense are equally important,the quality of blocking determines the difficulty of defense,and the effect of blocking indirectly affects the team's defense and counterattack.Effective blocking can help take the pressure off the back row and even increase the team's attack success rate.It can also be used to mentally neutralize the opposing team.As a result,the ability of the auxiliary offensive team members to block also determines the outcome of the game.This study of cuva southern division in hunan normal university,2019-2020 with rivals' games as investigation object,USES the literature material method,mathematical statistics method,video analysis,expert interview method to hunan normal university and their opponents had the non-technical factors,hunan normal university had players overall blocking effect,the regional block effect and hunan normal university had players and opponents had the blocking effect of contrast,hunan normal university had players blocking mobile distance characteristics,blocking time characteristics of hunan normal university had players blocking characteristics and effect were studied.The findings:(1)The overall blocking effect of the auxiliary offensive players in Hunan Normal University men's volleyball team shows that when they use the high ball with screen and the fast ball with screen in the face of the opponent,the effective blocking times of the auxiliary offensive players will decrease,the score will decrease,and the ineffective blocking times will increase.(2)The moving distance characteristic of the associate offensive team in Hunan Normal University shows that the short moving distance does not reach the optimal starting point of blocking,which leads to the deformation of blocking technology and then affects the blocking effect.When participating in collective blocking,the best starting point of block cannot be reached due to the dependence on team members and slow moving speed,thus affecting the effect of collective blocking.(3)In terms of blocking time,the secondary attack players of Hu Normal University have the characteristics of slow start time due to slow judgment of ball path and direction,and unable to reach the best time of taking off,which affects the blocking effect of single player;When participating in the collective block,the time of taking off quickly after moving is slow,which leads to the different rhythm of taking off from the team members who cooperate in the block,thus affecting the characteristics of the block effect.(4)the blocking effect on different area,area at the 4 and 2 for area,hunan normal university had blocking effect is consistent with the opponents,but the performance in the 3 regional differences,mainly embodied in the block with and without cover cover fast ball fast,effective frequency is lower than its rivals on the invalid number higher than rivals,No.3 on the area of Hunan Normal University deputy attack team blocking effect as the match opponent.(5)In terms of non-technical factors,Hunan Normal University men's volleyball team has the non-technical factors for effective blocking.The Kreto index of the auxiliary attack players in Hunan Normal University men's volleyball team can effectively affect the blocking effect.The higher the Kreto index is,the better the blocking effect is.The larger the Kleto index,the smaller the difference between the actual blocking distance and the optimal blocking distance,and the lower the difference between the actual blocking time and the optimal blocking time.Suggestions are given in the research conclusion:(1)For the practice of blocking tactics with covering high ball and covering fast ball.(2)Strengthen the area networking practice in the No.3 area to improve the blocking effect in the No.3 area.(3)strengthen the exchange and cooperation between the front row block and the back row block,and give full play to the role of the back row block.(4)Strengthen the training of the movement speed of the auxiliary attack players,strengthen the ability to predict the block and the practice of the timing of taking off,and control the rhythm of taking off and the hand type of blocking.(5)Strengthen the practice of blocking rhythm of the auxiliary offensive players and the cooperative blocking players.
