In the Opinions on Deepening Education and Teaching Reform to Comprehensively Improve the Quality of Compulsory Education issued by The State Council in 2019,it is clearly stated that to effectively improve the quality of classroom teaching,we should pay attention to optimizing teaching methods and adhere to teaching and learning.Pay attention to heuristic,interactive,inquiry teaching.In this context,various teaching methods and teaching modes have emerged,among which the heterogeneous grouping teaching method is one of the sports teaching grouping methods that physical education practitioners are more enthusiastic about at present.Gas volleyball is different from the traditional hard volleyball,volleyball with a body big,light quality,texture soft,elastic,speed slow,easy to control the characteristics of attention by less green Laos,through a large number of references found heterogeneous group of grouping teaching in basketball,football is more popular in the project application,such as in gas volleyball this netting against project is relatively small,Few scholars have carried out in-depth research on it,and SWOT analysis of this grouping method teaching is even less common.Therefore,this paper will conduct relevant research and practice on SWOT analysis of heterogeneous grouping method teaching of gas volleyball in public sports in colleges and universities.Using literature method,questionnaire method,experimental method,mathematical statistics method,to the heterogeneous grouping method teaching in college air volleyball experiment as the research object;In order to find the internal advantages and external opportunities of the heterogeneous grouping method teaching,this paper studies and practices the heterogeneous grouping method teaching by taking two classes of changchun Normal University's 2019 public sports gas volleyball class as the experimental class and the control class.Analyze the causes of internal disadvantages and external threats,and form teaching strategies to solve the problems.And through SWOT analysis,it provides reference for the research of teaching theory.The results show that:(1)Through SWOT analysis,internal advantages of heterogeneous group teaching of air volleyball(S)Setting teaching objectives for different levels is conducive to clear positioning of students and promote students to expand from basic goals to developmental goals;Heterogeneous group cooperation mode is beneficial to ABC mutual cooperation learning,improve learning effect and achieve teaching objectives;Air volleyball is easy to participate,collective entertainment and fitness.Internal disadvantages(W)include low quality of heterogeneous grouping,weak links in teaching quality of teachers,and deficiencies in organization,coordination,communication and guidance within student groups.External opportunities(O)include good sports policies,atmosphere for gas volleyball training in colleges and universities,and abundant online gas volleyball resources.External threat(T)is the lack of physical exercise facilities and venues,and the diversified choice of physical exercise events.(2)It is feasible to use the heterogeneous grouping method in the teaching of public sports gas volleyball in colleges and universities,and to analyze it by SWOT.The teaching effect of heterogeneous grouping method and homogeneous grouping method was compared,and it was found that the comprehensive physical education results of the experimental class were obviously better than that of the control class,and there was a significant difference.Through SWOT analysis of heterogeneous grouping teaching in public sports gas volleyball class,the advantages and disadvantages as well as external opportunities and threats of heterogeneous grouping method in public sports gas volleyball class are clarified.(3)Based on the theoretical analysis of SWOT,combined with the research of air volleyball teaching experiment,the corresponding development strategy for the teaching of air volleyball in college public sports is proposed: First,make use of the existing sports policy advantages to expand the publicity of air volleyball and create a good exercise atmosphere;With the help of online platform,communicate and exchange valuable suggestions on heterogeneous group teaching;Establish offline gas volleyball service group,organize and guide students to exercise in their spare time.Second,summarize the characteristics of heterogeneous group teaching in practice and make up for its shortcomings.Targeted to strengthen the language,organization,teaching and other aspects of the group students ability training.The third is to increase the professional teaching ability of teachers on the job training;Encourage teachers and students to master the characteristics of heterogeneous group teaching with the help of online resources.Fourth,innovate the way of air volleyball according to the existing site conditions;Teachers play a leading role in enhancing students' participation in air volleyball after school.
