Investigation And Research On The Employment Of Physical Education And Training Postgraduate Students In Xinjiang Normal University

The employment of college graduates has always been the focus of government work.With the increasing enrollment scale of graduate students and the increasing number of graduates year by year,China's demand for graduates at graduate level gradually tends to balance and even appears the phenomenon that the supply exceeds the demand.As the base of waiting for employment increases,employment problems are brought.This study adopts the method of literature,mathematical statistics,questionnaire survey and interview to investigate the employment situation of postgraduates majoring in physical education and training in Xinjiang Normal University,analyzes the factors affecting their employment,and puts forward corresponding strategies.The results show that: First,the training program of physical education and training in Xinjiang Normal University is basically in line with the development needs of postgraduates,but it needs to be updated in time.Second,the proportion of male students is much higher than that of female students,and the proportion of students from outside Xinjiang is 2:1 to those from within Xinjiang.However,in terms of employment location,more than half of the graduates choose to work in Xinjiang.Third,the employment of graduates is mainly in the education industry,and the proportion of graduates working as physical education teachers in colleges and universities is in the majority.Fourth,the top three factors that graduates pay attention to when they get employed are: working place,salary and benefits,and major matching.Fifth,there are three main factors affecting the employment of graduate students in this specialty.Individual factors are specific quality and employment concept.Among the factors of school,the popularity and curriculum of school greatly affect the employment situation.Among the social factors,the main ones are the contradiction between the post demands and the influence of the expansion of graduate enrollment.In view of the above results,it is suggested that we should pay attention to the cultivation of special technical ability and the improvement of comprehensive ability of graduate students,take social demand as the starting point,optimize the curriculum setting,strengthen employment guidance and take advantage of the government's macro-control countermeasures.
