The development of volleyball competition and the construction and development of volleyball referee team are complementary to each other.Only the vigorous development of volleyball can promote the growth of the referee team.The purpose of this paper is to investigate the development of volleyball referees above grade one in Hunan Province,Through the investigation and analysis of the current situation of volleyball referees above grade one in Hunan Province and the possibility and necessity of the construction system,to explore the deficiencies in the training and development of volleyball referee team in Hunan Province and some adverse factors.At the same time,combined with the research results at home and abroad,this paper tries to find out the better and more long-term development countermeasures for volleyball referees in Hu Nan Province.Provide a good learning platform for people who love volleyball referee career,to promote the growth of volleyball referee team in Hu Nan province,so as to better meet the needs of the domestic and foreign volleyball match referee team.By collecting the questionnaire data and analyzing the research,the following conclusions can be drawn:(1)Basic information: According to the survey,The number of first-level referees registered in Hunan Province is 149,and the number of national referees is 17,and there is no international level referees participating in the refereeing work,The proportion of male and female referees in Hunan province is unbalanced,and most of them are male.With the increase of student referees,the referees tend to be younger and younger,but the age structure is reasonable and there is no fault phenomenon,The overall educational background of referees is gradually improving,and at present,undergraduate degree is the main one.In terms of occupation distribution,it is diversified,mainly physical education teachers and students.In terms of sports experience,the referees all expressed that they had participated in volleyball sports experience;In terms of geographical distribution,Changsha is the main provincial capital city,followed by some more developed prefecture-level cities,and the less developed areas need to be developed.(2)Comprehensive qualities: Through the investigation,although most of the referees can carry on simple communication,but very few can carry on fluent dialogue,but overall,the English level needs to be improved;The overall situation of referees in our province is good,but the related research on referees still needs to be strengthened.All referees attach great importance to the study of theoretical knowledge and think it is necessary to keep learning.(3)Business literacy: In terms of the number of years and times of refereeing,due to the increase of the number of student referees,the number of years of less than 5 years of referees accounted for the majority of referees,referees are mainly in provincial competitions;On the rules of the master degree,hold a more skilled attitude of the referee for a long period of time and a number of referee referee;Both self-evaluation and expert evaluation are satisfied with the process of judging,but there is still a need to improve on this basis.Most of the referees said they could deal with emergencies in a timely manner and had a good ability to cope with emergencies on the spot.Among them,the psychological factors that affect the referee's decision are mainly the participating teams,the arbitration committee and the coach.(4)Training status: The training funds of referees in our province mainly come from self-paid participation,and the form of training is mainly through pre-competition training.Because the training time and times are not fixed,a large part of referees have not participated in regular training.The training content is mainly theoretical knowledge and practical knowledge,followed by the work process.According to the opinion survey on the training content,the training time and content of English knowledge are not enough,followed by the lack of practice opportunities and the content of theoretical knowledge.Regarding the job satisfaction,the first is the assessment method,the second is the selection method,the third is the reward and punishment method,and the last is the salary of the referee.(5)Influencing factors: Mainly affected by the lack of practice opportunities,lack of learning time,less professional guidance opportunities,lack of theoretical knowledge,promotion cycle is not fixed and other factors.The corresponding development countermeasures are proposed :(1)strengthening the study of theoretical knowledge of referees,(2)perfecting the training mechanism,(3)increasing indoor volleyball matches,(4)increasing the practice opportunities of young referees,and(5)establishing and perfecting the management system of referees.
