Optimization Development Of County Marathon In Southern Jiangxi From The Perspective Of Supply-side Reform

With the continuous development of society,China's sports development strategy is gradually shifting from competitive sports to mass sports and sports industry.In this context,the boom of marathon events has arisen quietly in China in recent years,and even more and more districts and counties hold marathon events one after another.However,due to the lack of development resources,short time and lack of experience,there are many problems in county marathons in China,which are in conflict with the growing needs of the broad masses.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),China has advocated supply-side reform in various fields,emphasizing the use of relevant policy means to carry out macro-control,and finally reach the balance between supply and demand.Therefore,it is necessary and important to use the supply-side reform theory from the perspective of economics to analyze and solve the problems of county marathons in China at this stage.This study is to make full use of literature analysis,interview,questionnaire,on-the-spot investigation,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,on the basis of combing the supply side reform theory,from the "supply side" and the "demand side" the Angle of ganzhou city county marathon to conduct a comprehensive investigation,and ganzhou city county marathon optimization for the future development provides the relevant advice.Specific research results are as follows:First,in the theoretical combing stage.Based on the connotation of the supply-side reform and the current situation of county marathon in China at the present stage,it is finally determined that the supply-side reform can have a great impact on the six indexes of county marathon organization,event environment,event service,event promotion,event reward and event guarantee under the judgment of experts.Second,in the status quo investigation stage.This paper investigates the supply of county marathon in Ganzhou City from 2017-2020 and the demands of participants from the six dimensions of event organization,event environment,event service,event promotion,event reward and event guarantee.Based on the survey results,the following supply and demand contradictions exist in county marathon in Ganzhou City during the emergence stage are summarized:Event organization is not standard and the contradiction between the number of participants increased quickly,unreasonable competition environment and the contradiction between the participants require strong personality,event service is not professional and contradiction between the contestants competing expectations high,event promotion does not reach the designated position and the contradiction between the participants information channels rich,event rewards not comprehensive and the contradiction between the contestants personnel constitute diverse,event security is not fine with competitors race contradiction between the demand diversity.Third,in the path analysis stage.In view of the contradiction between supply and demand,based on the supply-side reform theory,the following suggestions are put forward for the optimization and development of Ganzhou County Marathon in the future: construct county standards to standardize the event organization and supply;Design characteristic track,construct personalized race environment supply;Strengthen guidance and training to form professional competition service supply;Build an intercommunication platform to promote the comprehensive promotion and supply of the event;Set up three-dimensional events and innovate the award supply of inclusive events;We will increase investment attraction and ensure the supply of refined events.
