After the introduction of Microteaching in China in the1980 s,it was welcomed by major colleges and universities.The teaching skills training of normal students introduced modern audition technology,which achieved good results in practice and effectively improved the teaching skills of normal students.In 2018,the CPC Central Committee and the State Council clearly proposed "vigorously revitalize teacher education" in the opinions on comprehensively deepening the reform of teacher team construction in the new era,and microteaching,as one of the important methods of cultivating teacher education,has been applied in the curriculum system of training normal students' teaching skills by many normal universities.At present,the research on Microteaching in the field of education is focused on the implementation of curriculum,while the research on Microteaching in the field of physical education is mainly the comparative experiment between microteaching methods and traditional teaching methods.Therefore,this paper adopts the methods of field research and observation to study the implementation of physical education Microteaching curriculum in the Physical Education College of Sichuan Normal University,Analyze the achievements and factors affecting the implementation,put forward solutions,and provide reference for relevant research.The following conclusions are drawn after the study:1.In terms of curriculum,the course of "sports microteaching" is set up,which has advanced nature and strong expansibility of competition system.The sports Microteaching Method is incorporated into the training system of teaching skills for normal students in physical education colleges;However,there will be great differences in individual skills after training.2.At the student level,most students hope to engage in the teacher industry after graduation.The training method of this course can effectively enhance their interest in learning and realize the importance of preparing teaching plans in advance;However,there will be some phenomena,such as the short time of compiling the teaching plan and the failure to complete the training on time,and some training links need to be improved.3.In terms of teachers,teachers have rich teaching experience and can teach students according to their aptitude;However,limited by the number of people and time,it can not fully guide every student,and will ignore the role of teaching materials,so it will weaken the dominant position of teachers in the classroom to a certain extent.4.In terms of hardware resources,the school has built a comprehensive training center for normal students' teaching ability,which can make an appointment through two ways to ensure the independent training time,and most students can skillfully use the system;However,after the study,it is found that we hope to have a professional network platform for training,which shows that the teaching resources are not brought into full play.5.In teaching evaluation,students understand that the evaluation link is composed of three parts;However,in the evaluation,teachers often take the lead and weaken the "2 + 2" evaluation method on the basis of evaluation.At the same time,the long-time relationship between class members and the lack of face will reduce the role of teaching evaluation.Therefore,according to the deficiencies in the implementation of the curriculum,the following suggestions are put forward: 1 Improve the curriculum of physical education microteaching.Highlight the professional characteristics of physical education,adopt mixed class teaching,reduce the number of classes and increase the number of exercises and guidance;2.Improve the professional concept of students majoring in physical education.Enhance the professional concept in teaching from the aspects of consciousness,classroom training and after-school learning;3.Optimize the teaching methods of PE microteaching teachers.Improve teachers' classroom leadership and strengthen the utilization rate of teaching materials;4.Develop sports micro curriculum resources.We need to strengthen publicity,let students master the ways to use the website,and give full play to the advantages of teaching resources;5.Strengthen the teaching evaluation system.Make the three evaluation methods develop in a balanced way and give full play to the advantages of "2 + 2" evaluation method.
