| With the continuous improvement of social civilization,the development of the cause of the disabled has become an important symbol of the progress of social civilization.Disabled people's participation in physical exercise and sports activities is a basic right that disabled people should enjoy and an important way to integrate into society.In 2017,the 13 th five year plan will include the equalization of basic public services for the disabled as an important content.Therefore,it is imperative to further improve the public sports service for the disabled.This paper studies the supply of basic public sports services for the disabled in the urban area of Mianzhu City,which is conducive to meeting the needs of sports activities for the disabled,promoting the physical and mental health of the disabled,and improving the quality of life of the disabled.Taking the current situation of basic public sports service supply for the disabled in Mianzhu City of Sichuan Province as the research object,through the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey,expert interview,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,this paper analyzes the current situation of demand and supply of basic public sports service for the disabled in Mianzhu City and the factors influencing the supply of basic public sports service for the disabled in the city This paper analyzes the factors of supply chain,and puts forward the scientific supply path.The results show that:(1)The disabled people in Mianzhu City are more female than male in gender and age,and more people are 25-40 years old and over 60 years old;The number of people with physical disability is more,and the disability grade is mainly grade 3 and grade 4;Educational background is mainly concentrated in primary school and junior high school;More than half of the disabled have no source of income.(2)In recent years,Mianzhu municipal government has increased the construction of venues and facilities,so that the current situation of public sports services has been improved.However,the distribution of sports venues is uneven,and there is a big difference between the new and old urban areas;there is a lack of facilities suitable for the disabled,and the facilities are old,the utilization rate is low,the source of funds is single,and the government is highly dependent;there is a lack of professional social sports instructors for the disabled,and the sports guidance content is not comprehensive.(3)There is no full-time sports management department for the disabled in Mianzhu City,and there are relatively more sports organizations for the disabled,but there are fewer sports organizations for the disabled,which leads to the problems of less number of sports activities,less content and inadequate publicity in the process of carrying out sports activities for the disabled,thus inhibiting the initiative of the disabled to participate in sports activities;at the same time,in terms of sports information supply,the mode is single,the content is not rich,and the publicity is not in place There are differences between the content and the needs of the disabled;in terms of the supply of physical fitness monitoring,the content of physical fitness monitoring is more comprehensive,but the effectiveness is low.(4)At present,there are few local laws and regulations on public sports service for the disabled in Mianzhu City,and the content is not detailed.The existing laws and regulations can only make framework provisions on the basic issues of development,and lack of measures and construction on its evaluation system,supervision system and security system.The supply path of basic public sports services for the disabled in Mianzhu City mainly includes four aspects:(1)strengthening the supply of resources and enriching the supply content;(2)innovating the supply mode and expanding the supply channels;(3)enriching the teaching staff and improving the salary treatment;(4)strengthening the administrative function and optimizing the institutional environment. |
