The quality of Taekwondo Athletes' movement is mainly composed of standard,breath and rhythm.The quality of movement is related to the accuracy of basic block action and the connecting speed between action and action.In the competition of Taekwondo,there are leg methods and techniques that are easy to be deducted in the competition of Taekwondo.However,the improvement of technique is faster than leg method.Flexibar training is to make resonance with the hand as the starting point to produce unstable force.The trainer needs to control the balance through his own ability to make it possible to make it stable Improve the quality of the action of the grid block.The research mainly uses mathematical statistics,literature,experiment and expert interview.The research object is the influence of Flexi-bar training on the quality of the blocking movement of College Taekwondo athletes.The age is controlled from 16 to 20 years old.It is selected in Hunan Sports Vocational and technical college.The speed of blocking,completion standard,integral myoelectricity,RMS myoelectricity,20 horse step punch tests,grip strength The influence of the above indicators on the quality of the block movement was evaluated by the instrument and crow test.The data were obtained and analyzed,and the following conclusions were drawn:(1)Flex bar training improves the speed of the blocking movement(2)The results showed that the muscle electrical integration group had significant growth compared with Flexi-bar training group in the strengthening stage of the ulnar flexor,biceps brachii and triceps brachii.The muscle of the ulnar flexor,oblique square,triceps brachii and pectoralis muscle increased significantly in the improvement stage,and the flexor ulnaris and rectus abdominis increased significantly;the muscle growth in the fixed stage was not significant.After the internal comparison experiment,Flexi-bar training group had significant increase in triceps,biceps and oblique muscles in the strengthening stage,and the flexor,brachii radial and oblique muscles were significantly increased in the strengthening stage.The muscle growth of the ulnar flexor,brachii radial and oblique muscles in the strengthening stage was significant,and the rectus abdominis was not significantly increased in consolidation stage.In the aspect of root mean square electromyography,the biceps,triceps,rectus abdominis and radial muscles of the Flexi-bar training group increased significantly after the comparative experiment.There was significant increase in the muscle of the abdominal oblique,the internal oblique,the oblique square and the triceps brachii in the promotion stage,and the rectus abdominis,the flexor ulnaris and the brachial radial muscles increased significantly;there was no significant increase in consolidation stage.After the internal comparison experiment,Flexi-bar training group had significant increase in Flexi-bar training group in the strengthening stage,and the brachial flexor,biceps and triceps brachii were significantly increased,while the brachial radial muscle increased significantly;in the strengthening stage,the flexor,the radial and oblique muscles were significantly increased,while the rectus abdominis and triceps brachii were significantly increased;the muscle growth of the median position block of the two handed knife was not significant.(3)Flexi-bar training is helpful to improve the control ability of the arm and reduce the number of crow movements.(4)Flexi-bar training group has significantly improved the performance of punch and grip force 20 times,that is,Flexi-bar training is conducive to improve the strength of waist,abdomen and upper limbs of athletes.(5)Flexi-bar training has significant improvement on the quality of block movement.Suggestions:a)The Flexi-bar training movement is related to the muscle of the Taekwondo block movement,and the training cycle should be arranged scientifically,b)The interest of Flexi-bar training is greatly improved compared with traditional training,which can be combined with the two training alternately based on traditional training.c)There is also a variable in the process of the experiment is the psychological and physiological situation of athletes.Before the experiment,we should fully understand and correct their thoughts.d)Some muscles in the experimental results have not increased significantly,because the period and conditions of the experiment are limited,I think it should be related to the training of the movement arrangement and training methods,in the future research will be based on the existing experimental conclusions further research.
