Nowadays,with the rapid development of economy,our country's economic growth mode has developed from the original rapid growth to the medium and high speed growth,also our country has paid more and more attention to the quality of the development.Besides,the increasingly fierce market competitiveness always reminds enterprises of the opportunities and challenges they will soon face.All types of enterprises are facing great pressure of reform and innovation,and F company,a well-known enterprise in the industry of production and service of electronic products,is the typical one of the industries with greater pressure.At this very moment,a large number of staffs are also generally faced with great pressure.This condition can not only affects their physical and mental health but also bring bad social impact,which will even lower the work efficiency as well as directly affect the production efficiency of enterprise when it comes to the long-term development.Chengdu High Tech Zone is the area where all kinds of production enterprises are intensive,and most of the employees are migrant young workers.Job stress,career confusion,family problems and emotional distress are all important factors affecting their mental health and emotional stability.For instants,Foxconn's "Thirteen jump" news is enough to warn people of the importance of employee pressure.As a region where all kinds of enterprises are concentrated,youth apartments are specially built in Chengdu High Tech Zone to solve the matter of living and life management for the employee,which also aims at introducing more enterprises to promote the development of local economy.At the same time,every youth apartment community has a community activity center for entertainment and relaxation of employees.In order to serve the employees better,the community introduces social organizations and social workers to carry out various activities for them in order to relieve the pressure of employees and improve their living conditions.However,community and social workers are mainly concerned about the community as a whole rather than the employees themselves.They often neglect their personal pressure and emotional problems.Therefore,it is of practical and theoretical significance to explore and study the mode and method of social work intervention for employees' work pressure in Chengdu F enterprise.The article is mainly divided into four parts: the first part is the introduction.Combined with the current economic development and social work development in China,the basis of choosing the topic is expounded from two aspects of reality and theory.The paper reviews domestic and foreign literature on employee pressure and corporate social work,which helps provide theoretical basis and research direction for this article.The second part is the analysis of F company employee pressure and the necessity of social worker intervention.Through field investigation,data collection and data analysis,we can understand the pressure,stressors and coping measures of employees in F enterprise.Then,from the actual situation,the paper analyzes the necessity and effectiveness of Social Work Intervening in employee pressure.The third part is a study of social work practice to relieve employees' heavy workload.Mainly by the means of group work,supplemented by the case work method and theory,some F employees are involved in social work,helping them alleviate the pressure of work,enhance their self-confidence,link social resources,provide display platform,establish social support network and so on,and ultimately improve their sense of happiness and achievement.The fourth part is the summary and evaluation.This part summarizes the difficulties and problems of social work involved in the pressure of employees' work under the developmental mode of the youth apartment in Chengdu High Tech Zone,then puts forward some suggestions on these problems,which will lay a foundation for the future research.Such as F company,a large size production enterprises,their employees are facing pressure from work,life,interpersonal relations and so on,thus it is necessary to carry out some relief work.Social work has its own professional and practical advantages in copying with the problem of employees' stress.Social workers can play the role as the third forces,standing on the employees' angle,taking employees as the work.They will apply the methods of group social work and case social work to intervene employee pressure problems,which can effectively relieve pressure,improve living quality and increase work efficiency.
