A Study On The Government Function In The Integration Of Industry And Education In Sichuan Province

The development of the social economy is inseparable from the connection between talent supply and demand.With the rapid development of China's economy and the continuous change of industrial structure after entering the new century,the supply of talent has been unable to meet the demand.In November 2013,the government officially put forward the term "integration of industry and education" as an important executive organ of China's overall social and economic adjustment and control,to raise our country's traditional "cooperation between schools and enterprises" and "combination of production,study and research" to a new height,give full play to the functions of the government,make overall planning,guide and coordinate,and further promote the deep cooperation between schools and enterprises,optimizing the link between supply and demand of talents and realizing the deep integration of Education and industry.This thesis first introduces the current situation of the integration of industry and education in Sichuan Province.Then I comb the relevant policies issued by Sichuan provincial government in recent years,and analyze the functions of Sichuan provincial government in the integration of industry and education,which mainly includes four aspects: system construction function,overall planning function,guidance and coordination function,and supervision and guarantee function.Through the face-to-face interviews with the staff of the Policy Standard and related positions,we understand the current achievements and problems in the integration of production and education of Sichuan provincial government,and then analyze the reasons for these problems combined with the relevant theoretical basis,at the same time,by comparing the different practices of vocational education provinces,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on the implementation and functions of Sichuan provincial government in the integration of industry and education.The purpose of this paper is to make an investigation and analysis of the government functions in the integration of industry and education in Sichuan Province,and to put forward countermeasures and suggestions from three aspects:System Construction,overall coordination,and supervision and guarantee,in order to strengthen the integration of production and education in Sichuan Province,speed up the integration of production and education progress,optimize the talent supply-demand ratio,promote the social and economic development of Sichuan Province.
