The Evolution Of Internet Public Opinion On Public Health Emergencies And Guidance Strategy Research

With the development of modern information technology,the Internet has become a platform with powerful functions and comprehensive services,the most effective platform to reflect social public opinions and the most convenient platform for the audience to obtain news and information.Public health emergencies are also more likely to be the focus and hotspot of internet public opinion due to their diverse causes,complex hazards and close connection with the daily life of the public.Internet public opinions of public health emergencies may become increasingly fierce in such a virtual space.If improper guidance and management are carried out,huge pressure on internet public opinions may be generated,which may affect relevant government decisions and social harmony and stability.How to grasp the evolution of internet public opinion of public health emergencies and guide it purposefully has become the key point of research.This paper first defines the network public opinion,public health emergencies,a public health emergency network public opinion evolution tendency related concepts,on the basis of the theory of crisis management,phase analysis theory,the agenda-setting theory,and the secondary transmission theory,the network public opinion evolution can be divided into the formation stage,development stage,mutation and digestion phase were analyzed,and the analysis of influence of emergent public health events in the evolution of the network public opinion ontology,the Internet,the network media and government departments to four key elements.Secondly,the case of "African Swine fever" was used to construct a time series model to predict the development of network attention of network public opinions,and the predicted results and the actual evolution of network attention were fitted for several times to analyze the factors affecting the evolution of network public opinions of African swine fever events.Finally,based on the research on the evolution of internet public opinion in public health emergencies,the guiding strategies of internet public opinion in public health emergencies are proposed.
