The development of pension industry has promoted more and more people to engage in pension care workers industry.Because of its large demand for personnel and low entry threshold,the industry has become the priority choice for migrant workers.Under the high intensity work pressure and the lack of social support,the problem of job burnout of foreign nursing staff is becoming more and more prominent.Serious job burnout makes foreign carers feel tired physically,have negative emotions psychologically,and work engagement and concentration will be greatly affected.During the work of Y old-age care institutions,the author found that there were job burnout problems in the group of foreign old-age care workers,and took the representative 8 foreign old-age care workers as the research object.Job burnout caused by the change of social support relationship is regarded as a research problem.Through the literature method,to understand the academic research on job burnout.Based on the interview of 8 nurses from Y old-age care institutions in Hangzhou,this paper analyzes the present situation,causes and influencing factors of job burnout of the nurses in Hangzhou,and finds that the main manifestations of job burnout are indifference,emotional anxiety and loss of work enthusiasm etc.The main causes of job burnout of foreign nursing staff are the lack of institutional support caused by the change of social support relationship.Based on this,this study analyzes the advantages of group work in alleviating the problem of job weariness caused by the change of social support relationship.Under the guidance of social support theory,six group activities were carried out to help group members strengthen the existing institutional support relationship,establish a new institutional support relationship,improve the internal support network,and then improve the situation of job burnout.The author assessed the branch from four aspects: evaluation of results,assessment of group members,self-assessment of social workers and process assessment of group activities The validity of the holding group is tested.It is found that the problem of job burnout of group members has improved,which verifies the effectiveness of group work intervention caused by the change of social support relationship,and is helpful to alleviate the problem of job burnout of foreign nursing staff.
