With the development of economy and society,the competition among enterprises is increasingly fierce,and employees are becoming the pillar force of sustainable development of enterprises.The level of employee's work engagement directly affects individual behavior and enterprise performance,and thus determines enterprise competitiveness.For enterprises,how to provide strong support to help employees achieve a harmonious working and family relationship,so as to improve their work engagement and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises has become an urgent problem to be solved.Therefore,based on social exchange theory,resource conservation theory,role theory and self-determination theory,this study discusses and analyzes the mediating role of work-family promotion in the influence of social support on work engagement.In this study,373 enterprise employees were used as the research object,and the mechanism of social support for work engagement was explored.The research conclusion shows that :(1)Social support has a significant positive effect on work-family promotion.Among them,organizational support has a significant positive effect on work promotion family;family support has a significant positive effect on family promotion work.(2)Work-family promotion has a significant positive effect on work engagement.Among them,work promotion family has a significant positive effect on vitality,dedication and concentration;family promotion work had significant positive effects on vitality,dedication and concentration.(3)Work-family promotion plays a part of mediating role in social support which has asignificant positive effect on work engagement.According to the elaboration of the research conclusions,suggestions are put forward from the two dimensions of social support organizations and families,to help employees to better balance the relationship between work and family,to achieve mutual promotion of work and family,thereby increasing their work engagement level,eventually achieve the sustainable development of the enterprise.
