With the rapid development of society and the change of population structure,people are facing more and more pressure in their daily life.Among them,the conflict between work and family has become an important aspect of work stress,which brings a series of troubles to the employees,especially female employees.Compared with working women in other countries,the salient feature of working women in China is that most of them still live in family-oriented Iife and try hard to balance their work.In China's traditional cultural context,they receive less understanding from organizations and families and lack supportive human resources policies and measures.As a result,a significant proportion of working women feel physically and mentally exhausted.Therefore,for the organization,adopting the appropriate balanced strategy to effectively help professional women to ease the conflict between work and family,and to improve their enthusiasm and satisfaction for work,has become an urgent problem to solve in the enterprise human resource management.In recent years,three-network convergence,full-service competitive communication market environment,more and more diversified terminal applications and customer maturity increasing service target groups,wide application of network,multimedia and other technologies,as well as the characteristics of customer service industry,are developing trends,As a result,the staff have low life satisfaction and high turnover rate,which has brought severe challenges to the cultivation of customer service talents and the sustainable development of customer service centers.This paper takes the female workers in YD Company as the research object,through the questionnaire and the on-the-spot interview,first reveals the work-family conflict situation of the female employees in YD Company:For the female employees in YD Company,The conflict between work and family is more prominent,and the conflict rate has never been felt to be only 6%;79.3%of the respondents female workers are able to feel the interference of the family with their work(conflict);92.Four per cent of the female workers surveyed were able to feel the impact of work on the family(conflict);The percentage of female workers who found it easier to balance work and family(including easier and very easy),was 11.3 per cent,compared with 48 percent in the general rate,The difficulty rate is 40.7 percent,indicating that balancing work and family is generally more difficult for female employees in YD Company and that female employees lack effective means to cope with work-family conflicts themselves.Secondly,the factors that influence the conflict of work-related color in the professional women's family are explored:the individual consciousness level includes the female employee's high expectations of their roles,the traditional conflict of consciousness of gender division and the lack of clear career planning,which aggravates the conflict between the female employee's work and family.Family-related factors include domestic work commitment,spouse support,elderly or children in need of care,etc.At the company level,the influencing factors include work stress,fertility support status,etc.Finally,on the basis of the above research conclusions,this study EAP-based Work-Family balance strategy for female workers:Defining career development plan and promoting women career development of staff and workers;Establishing flexible working arrangements;Development of family friendly projects;Cultivate female worker's right self-concept to help the female staff of YD company balance work-family conflict,thus enhancing employee satisfaction and mental health,promoting the sustainable development of the company.
