The trend of self-care in rural areas is prominent, and the social issue of elderly care has become the focus of research in the field of rural elderly in recent years. In previous studies, the main focus was on rural elderly care policies, models, predicaments, and the analysis of the predicaments faced by caregivers in rural elderly families. There was a lack of relevant research on the discovery of carers' subjectivity and initiative. This study took the author's half-year life in X Village,Jining City as an opportunity, and used the research methods of participatory observation and semi-structured in-depth interviews to conduct in-depth research among 14 rural elderly family caregivers,3 widowed elderly people, and 2 care recipients.Data collection.Based on the basic experience structure, the interview materials and observation notes are analyzed and combed from the timeliness, substance, interpersonal relationship, and spatial nature of the caregiver's care experience.Through the interpretation cycle of thematic analysis, the caregiver of rural elderly family caregivers is sought. The nature and meaning of experience. The study found that the care process experienced by the rural elderly family caregivers can be roughly divided into three non-linear stages, and the antagonism and contradiction among them, that is,the initial crisis mode from the mutual pension stage to the basic care stage, and then into the initial crisis mode.In the process of the long-term complete care phase, there is a contradiction between active and active authenticity and inauthentic constrained by the external environment, and the contradiction between love and responsibility and deviation from the original life track. The caregiver's self-care in the care process, the lack of spiritual care in the care relationship, and the display of the subjectivity and initiative of both parties in the care process. In the initial crisis mode, caregivers fill in their own lives in order to maintain their sense of self-worth and a sense of purpose in life. The basis of care is actually a moral and emotional "moral and moral mutual support" relationship. The help provided by neighbor networks and relatives is a parallel care relationship. In the course of care, the caregiver's perception of time becomes clearer and clearer, perceiving time in a slow pace, perceiving the pain of the caregiver, and at the same time perceiving self. Finally, through relevant exploratory research, this article believes that the service system should be constructed in three aspects: the individual, the family and the society from the perspective of the caregiver's self-care,the lack of spiritual care in the care relationship, and the subjectivity and initiative of the two parties in the care process. In order to provide more appropriate services to rural elderly family caregivers,we hope that the life experience of rural family caregivers can be understood by more people and can build a support network for them.
