According to the characteristics of the post-epidemic era,the flipped classroom teaching mode was optimized,and an empirical study on the application effect was conducted on this basis.In the study,60 students from Zhejiang Vocational College of Tourism were selected as the experimental subjects,Set up the experimental and control groups,For inter-group and intra-group comparisons,The experimental group and the control group selected the same teaching content,teaching site,teachers and teaching schedule to carry out the 11-week aerobics course teaching experiment,The experimental data of the 60 students were compared in horizontal and longitudinal directions from three aspects of physical level,physical forging attitude and aerobics technical level,To examine the differences in optimized flipped classroom patterns and traditional flipped classroom patterns,The experimental data of experimental and control groups were tested and the optimized flipped classroom pattern effect was analyzed,on this basis,Suggestions are put forward on the future reform and improvement of aerobics curriculum.The study yielded the following conclusions:1.The aerobics technical level of students using the optimized flipped classroom mode was improved significantly,and the independent learning time was significantly more than the students using the traditional flipped classroom mode for teaching,which greatly promoted the improvement of students' aerobics technical level.2.The optimized flipped classroom mode is adopted for teaching,and students' enthusiasm for physical exercise is significantly improved.Since some small exercises will be arranged in the online courses,students are conducive to increasing the time of exercise and physical exercise in their spare time,and the enthusiasm of physical exercise is also improved.3.Application optimization flip classroom model students for the course mode evaluation is significantly better than adopt the traditional flip classroom model of students,students generally believe that this course mode is very interesting,not only can learn knowledge,but also can promote the feelings between students,strengthen effective communication between teachers and students,respect students 'individual differences,stimulated students' interest in learning sports,for a long time aerobics.4.Teaching flexibility is higher than the traditional mode,and it is more suitable for the dynamic changes of epidemic prevention and control.The optimized flipped classroom mode can better adapt to the requirements of normal epidemic prevention and control.In the future teaching reform of surgery,more flipped classrooms should be optimized,so as to better connect offline teaching to online teaching and adapt to the dynamic needs of normal epidemic prevention and control.And give the following suggestions:1.In the flipped classroom reform of the sports surgery department,it is necessary to better use the emerging online teaching platform,enrich the online teaching video content,increase the students' independent practice time,formulate and strictly implement the teaching plan and feedback evaluation standards.2.Full application of modern technology and AI technology,improve the quality of teaching video production and students 'practice of mobile Internet supervision,reasonably arrange the key tasks of online teaching and offline teaching,improve students' technical mastery level,and ensure the intensity of practice.
