Group Work Intervention Research On Spiritual Comfort Of Urban Female Empty-Nest Elderly

With the deepening of the aging degree in my country,the number of empty-nest elderly people is increasing,and female empty-nest elderly people have become the main body that cannot be ignored.Nowadays,their pension problems are more manifested in spiritual pensions.How to solve their problems in spiritual pensions and meet their pension needs is of great significance to their old age life.Based on the author's internship experience,this study takes the "Happiness and Leisure" female empty-nest elderly spiritual consolation group in B Street,Lanzhou City as an example.Investigates the situation of female empty-nest elderly in B Street by means of interviews,and analyzes their spiritual comfort.The current situation and needs,I learned that the female empty-nest elderly in Street B have insufficient satisfaction in spiritual comfort.The main problems are in the aspects of emotional support,social activities and self-worth.The author turns the satisfaction of spiritual comfort needs into three dimensions: emotional support,interpersonal communication,and leisure entertainment.Based on the activity theory,the group work is used to intervene in improving the spiritual comfort of urban female empty-nest elderly.The research shows that it is feasible and effective for group work to intervene in the study of spiritual comfort of urban female empty-nest elderly.It not only improves their current situation of spiritual comfort,but also builds a social support network in the collective context of the activity system,forms a community,and promotes their active aging.
