Taking 547 junior high school students in Mudanjiang City,Heilongjiang Province,Handan City and Xingtai City,Hebei Province,we investigated and examined the current situation and influential mechanisms of parental psychological control,moral pushback,empathy and aggression among junior high school students.A chain mediation model of moral push-off and empathy on parental psychological control and aggression was finally constructed,and the data were processed and analyzed using SPSS22.0.The conclusions were as follows.Overall,secondary school students perceived a high and moderate level of parental psychological control;a low and moderate overall level of moral shirking;a low and moderate overall level of empathy;and a high and moderate level of aggressive behaviour.parental psychological control was significantly positively related to moral shirking and aggression;parental psychological control was significantly negatively related to empathy;moral shirking was significantly positively related to empathy;moral shirking was significantly positively related to aggression;and empathy was significantly negatively related to aggression.Parental psychological control of secondary school students directly predicted aggression;moral shirking and empathy of secondary school students played a chain mediating role in the effect of parental psychological control on aggression.Combining the findings of the study,educational suggestions can be made for preventing and mitigating aggression among secondary school students in three aspects:attaching importance to family education and changing parents' educational concepts;focusing on process diversion and strengthening school publicity and education;and strengthening prevention at source and improving social support systems.
