In the emergency management of emergencies,emergency mapping support service is an important technical support for emergency disposal and scientific decision-making.How effective emergency surveying and mapping support services,whether to meet the needs of emergency management,is the primary problem of emergency surveying and mapping support services.However,the current research on the performance evaluation of emergency surveying and mapping support services in China lags behind the needs of practice,and there is no mature standard or index system.In this paper,through the collection and collation of literature at home and abroad,and the sorting,refining,digestion and absorption of literature,combined with the current content of emergency surveying and mapping support services,we focus on the performance evaluation of emergency surveying and mapping support services.Using expert interviews,questionnaires and analytic hierarchy process,we construct an index system for the performance evaluation of emergency surveying and mapping support services from the dimensions of standardization,timeliness and satisfaction of emergency surveying and mapping support services,and take the emergency surveying and mapping support services in S Province as the empirical object,invite experts to score,and then carry out the performance evaluation of emergency surveying and mapping support services combined with the specific situation of S Province.In the evaluation process using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.In general,the conclusion of performance evaluation of emergency surveying and mapping support services in S Province is qualified,which can basically meet the needs of emergency management of public emergencies in S Province.However,the timeliness and satisfaction of support services need to be further strengthened and improved.In view of this weak link,this paper analyzes the reasons from the aspects of emergency surveying and mapping support service agencies,system construction,emergency surveying and mapping preparation,and funding investment in S Province,and improves the emergency surveying and mapping support capacity of S Province from the aspects of improving the emergency surveying and mapping support agencies and systems of S Province,strengthening emergency surveying and mapping preparation,and strengthening capital investment.
