Study On The Location Of Cold Chain Logistics Distribution Centre For Fresh Products

Combined with our country’s large population,vast arable land and the profound agricultural development since ancient times,the demand of our people for fresh products is great and the demand for quality is high.However,fresh products have the characteristics of short shelf life and easy to corrode and deteriorate.The quality of the product will affect the value of the final fresh product and the purchase demand of customers,therefore,in order to solve the above problems,we need to choose a reasonable distribution center according to the cost factors of cold chain logistics of fresh products.The rational location of cold chain logistics of fresh products can not only reduce the loss rate of fresh products in the process of storage and transportation,but also balance the supply and demand of both sides,to make the whole cold chain logistics system achieve a complete supply chain,and effectively solve the contradiction between supply and demand,so the location of cold chain logistics distribution center is the core of the design and planning of the whole logistics system,has the high research value and the research significance.This paper takes the location of cold chain logistics distribution center of fresh products as the research object.Firstly,this paper introduces the concept and characteristics of fresh products and cold chain logistics,the basic process of cold chain logistics of fresh products,the concept,function and type of logistics distribution center and the characteristics of the location of cold chain logistics distribution center of fresh products,expounds the location of logistics distribution center and logistics supply and demand theory,and introduces the location related methods.Secondly,the paper analyzes the cost factors affecting the location of cold chain logistics distribution center of fresh products,including: secondary damage cost,fixed cost,transportation cost,energy consumption cost and transfer cost caused by the deterioration of fresh products and discount sales.This paper introduces the principle and idea of location selection and constructs the location selection model of cold chain logistics distribution center of fresh products.Finally,taking Jinzhong City as an example for site selection analysis,using grey GM(1,1)model prediction for demand prediction,combined with the actual situation to screen the alternative points of distribution center,using the constructed site selection model to carry out site selection application,using LINGO software to solve,select the appropriate site selection scheme,and some parameters sensitivity test.The results show that the location of cold chain logistics distribution center for fresh products is more reasonable,scientific and practical,and can achieve the overall layout optimization under the constraint of multi-cost minimization,such as considering cargo loss and energy consumption.Reasonable prediction of fresh product demand is also very important in actual site selection.In the process of location selection,the characteristics of fresh products should be firmly grasped,the costs should be considered comprehensively,the demand should be reasonably predicted,and the alternative centers should be determined according to the actual situation to promote the balance of supply and demand.
