Research On The Construction Thought Of The Marine Cause Of The First Generation Leading Collective Of The Communist Party Of China

The 21 st century is the century of the ocean,and the development of the ocean industry has become a widespread consensus around the world and a major issue in China’s modernization process.In order to meet the requirements of the international situation and the trend of the times for China’s development,it is necessary to grasp the content,characteristics,historical significance and practical enlightenment of the first generation of leadership of the CPC(hereinafter referred to as "the first generation of leadership of the Party")on the thought of marine cause construction from history.China has long been influenced by the concept of "valuing land over the sea" and has not attached enough importance to the ocean cause.Since the establishment of the People’s Republic of China,research on the ocean has mainly focused on sea power and the navy,and there is a lack of in-depth research on the construction of the first generation of leadership collective’s ocean cause.The first generation of leading collective of the Party attaches great importance to the development of China’s marine cause.Based on the marine theory of Marx and Engels,Chinese modern visionaries,early CPC people and foreign sea power experts,they adhere to the principle of "giving priority to me,for my own use",and formed the thought of marine cause construction with Chinese characteristics,which is not only rich in content and distinctive in characteristics,but also has important historical significance and practical enlightenment.This paper is divided into four chapters.Chapter 1,Introduction.Introduce the background and research significance of this topic,analyze the current research status at home and abroad,and summarize the research ideas and methods.Chapter 2 analyzes the theoretical sources and historical conditions for the formation of the first generation of the Party’s collective leadership in the construction of the marine cause.Firstly,define the concepts related to the first generation of the Party’s leadership collective and the maritime cause.Secondly,it introduces the relevant theories of the first generation of leading collective marine cause construction thought,mainly including Marx and Engels’ marine thought,modern Chinese people’s marine concept,early CPC people’s marine concept and foreign representative marine development thought.Once again,analyze the historical background of the first generation of collective leadership in the construction of the marine industry,including the destruction of the marine industry by various forces,changes in the international relations between China and the Soviet Union,necessary choices to solve the Taiwan question,the need for strong maritime power construction,and the reality of weak maritime awareness among the Chinese people.Finally,the paper combs the evolution process of the formation of the marine cause construction thought of the first generation of collective leadership,including the formation of the New Democracy revolution period,the gradual development of the socialist revolution period,and the continuous enrichment of the socialist construction period.Chapter 3 introduces the main content and basic characteristics of the first generation of the Party’s leadership collective’s marine cause construction ideology.On the one hand,the first significance and practical inspiration of the first generation of the Party’s collective leadership in the construction of the maritime cause.From a theoretical perspective,the first generation of collective leadership in the construction of the marine industry inherits the theory of Marx and Engels’ marine ideology,develops the traditional Chinese marine industry construction ideology,provides guidance for the construction of the marine industry during the revolutionary and construction period,and enriches the ideology of socialist marine industry construction with Chinese characteristics.From a practical perspective,it has promoted the awakening of the Chinese nation’s maritime consciousness,defended China’s coastal defense security and territorial world.From the perspective of practical inspiration,it is necessary to comprehensively enhance the maritime awareness of the country and the nation.Maintaining maritime interests is the primary principle of action,the navy is an important guarantee for the development of the marine industry,the marine economy is a significant support for the marine industry,peaceful means are an important way to solve marine problems,and building a maritime power is a strategic goal of managing the ocean.
