Abstract/Summary:
With the adjustment of China’s fertility policy and the change of consumption level,the demand for children’s clothing presents a trend of fashion,personalized and scientific.How to combine children’s clothing and information technology to help children’s clothing style design to go digital,not only has theoretical research value,but also has practical application value.In this paper,the representative "crawl suit" of children’s wear products is taken as an example.Starting from the study of style structure characteristics,the parameterized model of typical crawl suit structure is established through parametric design method,and the virtual simulation effect of crawl suit is realized digitally by combining three-dimensional virtual fitting technology.The main research contents and results are as follows:(1)Analysis of structural characteristics of climbing clothing styleMore than 150 common styles of famous children’s wear brands such as Bala Bala,Tong Tai and Uniqlo were collected by combining offline and online research.Through the modularization method,five modules,including the body,collar,sleeve,pants shape and design details,are determined,and their style and structure characteristics are analyzed.(2)Based on the questionnaire survey,the consumption preference analysis of climbing clothesThrough the consumer interview,with the help of questionnaire survey,the crawl suit consumption style preference data statistics and analysis.Through the analysis and investigation,we know that the market demand for climbing gear is huge;The age range of the climbing suit is from 1 month to 3 years old,and the extreme range and average height of the children at this stage;And make a cross analysis of the wearing age and style preference of climbing suit.Finally,the paper puts forward three typical structures of climbing suit in spring and autumn,summer and winter.(3)Parametric design of climbing sampleOn the basis of the national standard children’s wear size,the specification and size table for children aged from 1 month to 3 years old is established.Then combining the experience of plate making and data analysis of climbing decoration enterprises,determine the template parameterization formula.Finally,the parametric model of three typical structures of climbing equipment is established by fuyi CAD system,and the parametric design of the climbing equipment sample is realized.(4)Digital realization of climbing gearBy using CLO 3D virtual fitting software,a THREE-DIMENSI ONAL parametric model of the typical structure of climbing outfit was established.The evaluation index of virtual simulation effect of climbing gear was analyzed,and the feasibility of the index was ve rified by the weight of each index by entropy method.Finally,the subjective evaluation method was adopted to evaluate the virtual si mulation index of climbing gear by using ten scale.Through the above research,the parametric design and 3d virtual simulation design and evaluation process of climbing clothing can be constructed,and the virtual simulation style design of children’s clothing can be carried out quickly,which solves the problem of inconvenient fitting and display of children’s clothing of young age,and meets the development needs of children’s clothing product development.
