| With the increasing demand for fossil energy in China,the amount and depth of coal mining are also increasing year by year,and the technical requirements for roadway support are getting higher and higher.The anchor support technology has become the main way of coal mine roadway support with the advantage of its active support.Anchor bolt and its anchor agent are the most important part of coal mine anchor bolt support technology.The annual demand exceeds tens of millions of tons,which has the characteristics and requirements of short-term mass production.Traditional anchor and anchor agent production and filling process requires a large number of workers to participate in,workers labor intensity,long working hours,slow product output,unstable product quality,high production cost,seriously restricted the roadway construction progress and production enterprise economy,it has not adapt to the current production requirements,so the anchor rod and anchor production process and technology related research is particularly urgent.In order to solve many problems in the production process of anchor rod and its anchor agent,according to the structural characteristics and production process requirements,a set of anchor rod automatic production line and anchor agent automatic production line are designed,and the key technologies are studied.The main research contents and conclusions are summarized as follows:(1)According to the requirements of anchor and anchor production process and the production line design,formulate the anchor production process of anchor filling production process and production process,and designed the automatic production line and the whole scheme,and the supporting conveying device and anchor filling pipe system is studied.(2)In order to solve the problems of rolling or oblique jamming in anchor transportation,positioning and transportation,the step parallel swing mechanism is designed,and to realize the precise positioning and row transmission of anchors;The kinematic simulation of step parallel swing device by virtual prototype,the results show that the mechanism operation is stable and reliable,no motion interference,the rationality of the sports mechanism design is verified;In view of the large dynamic load of the chain drive system of the step swing device,the simulation model of the chain drive system is built and numerically simulated by Recur Dyn V8R3,the result is that the dynamic load of the chain drive can be effectively improved by adding the tension wheel.According to the slow operation speed,low positioning accuracy and complex structure of the traditional anchor mechanical feed,the direct drive feed system is proposed,and the control strategy is studied.The results show that the structural control strategy has stronger resistance to external interference,better robustness and more stable operation.(3)For the anchor agent automatic production line,the key pipeline system forming the anchor agent filling production line is introduced,including cement mixing system,curing agent mixing system and filling system.In view of the vibration problem of the executive valve body in cement conveying control,the dynamic characteristics of the executive valve body are analyzed,the mode of the actuator in fluid filling and the two state is analyzed by ANSYS Workbench,by comparing the vibration cloud pattern,the vibration frequency is higher than the vibration frequency under fluid filling,will not cause resonance.(4)The electrical control system of the anchor bolt production line is designed.According to the functional requirements of production line control system,the selection and design of control system for bolt production line are completed.For the hardware system part,the selection of PLC control module,sensor module,the design of electrical schematic diagram and the field wiring of electric control cabinet are introduced.For the software system part,the STEP 7-Micro WIN SMART programming software is introduced,the anchor automatic production line control system program is written,and finally the control program is debugged and corrected.(5)Joint debugging and application test of the system.In the new third mining line of Hebei Jizhong Energy Fengfeng Group,the automatic production line of anchor rod and anchorage agent is arranged,including the installation of hardware equipments,the installation of electrical control system,the debugging of single equipment,etc.: the production efficiency of the automatic production line is more than 3 times of the traditional manual processing,the whole production line only needs 2-3 people,the production efficiency is greatly improved,automation is higher;the filling production process is clean and efficient,the production efficiency is more than 2 times of the traditional semi-automatic production line,the product quality is stable,error <0.3%,meet the quality requirements of standard MT146.1-2011,achieve good application effect.The successful commissioning and commissioning of the production line has verified the feasibility and rationality of the anchor rod production line scheme and the anchoring agent production line scheme. |
