Construction Engineering Safety Training Based On VR Technology Research On System Application

Building construction industry in China are widespread construction workers fluidity big,wide construction project division,unfavorable factors such as complex construction site environment,therefore the construction industry has been one of the high-risk industry in our country,plus China’s construction workers,the overall quality and cultural levels are lower than those of Europe and the United States developed countries generally,construction production safety accident frequency to be reckoned with,According to the notification of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development,in recent years,the incidence of construction safety accidents and death rates have been rising,posing a serious threat to the safety of people’s lives and property.Construction safety training,improve the construction personnel safety consciousness,is an effective way to reduce construction safety accident source,but the traditional pattern of construction safety training is relatively stiff,boring is given priority to with teaching,ignoring the construction worker’s subjective initiative,unable to absorb high quality training knowledge,the more training to go process,through the motions,data,pictures like.At present,VR technology has been in the entertainment,medicine,art,interior design,industrial,and other fields has been applied,although its current level of technology and supporting hardware device also need to constantly to develop perfect,but its excellent simulation education training in the field of different advantages can not be ignored,low cost,lifelike scene reappearance,absolute safety,VR’s own characteristics make it should be widely paid attention to in the field of construction safety training.This article is based on the application of VR technology in construction safety training,this paper introduces the basic concepts of VR technology and the theoretical basis for construction safety training,analysis of the advantages of VR system is applied to construction safety training and the realization of technology feasibility,combining with the construction safety training content two groups with VR system is designed and the way of the VR system for construction safety training courses,The workers with the same level of safety knowledge were selected and divided into two groups according to the principle of similar distribution of age,gender,education background and length of service.The corresponding data were recorded and analyzed on the teaching behavior of VR class and non-VR class,teacher-student participation,classroom management,technology application,training knowledge testing and unsafe behavior.Through the data analysis found that VR system is applied in construction safety training about safety knowledge to keep,reduce unsafe behavior has a significant effect,it is concluded that VR system used in construction safety training can improve the teachers and students participation,improve classroom discipline,enhance the knowledge level of the training of personnel,reduce the unsafe behavior of the conclusion of training personnel.
