| Company V provides hazardous waste disposal solutions for customers in Shandong Province,and is committed to providing customers with the most competitive services and creating value for customers.With the successful convening of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,we must fully implement Xi Jinping’s ecological civilization thought in China,fully,accurately,and comprehensively implement the new development concept,and accelerate the construction of a new development pattern.The development concept that greens water and green mountains are golden mountains and silver mountains must be firmly established.And practice,the advancement of these national strategies will bring major development opportunities to the hazardous waste disposal industry in which Company V is located.At the same time,the competition in the Shandong market where Company V is located is extremely fierce.To survive and develop,it is necessary to formulate an appropriate competitive strategy.The main research object of this thesis is the formulation process and implementation guarantee measures of V company’s differentiation strategy.This paper firstly expounds the research background and research significance,research methods and analysis tools and expected innovations.Researched and studied the basic theories of strategy,strategic management,and competitive strategy,and mastered the relevant theoretical basis,types,and characteristics of strategy.This paper uses the PEST model to analyze the external macro-environment of the company,uses the Porter five-force model to clarify the competitive environment of the company’s industry,and then uses the EFE(external factor evaluation matrix)to conduct a comprehensive evaluation and analysis;secondly,use the IFE matrix(Evaluation matrix of internal factors)to evaluate and analyze the company’s internal resources and capabilities;on this basis,use the analysis results of SWOT analysis and quantitative strategic plan matrix(QSPM)to determine the company’s competitive strategy,and determine the differentiation strategy as the company’s backup strategy selection and discusses the implementation measures of the company’s differentiated competition strategy and the construction of a strategic guarantee system.Finally,it summarizes the achievements and deficiencies of the thesis research and looks forward to the prospect of V company’s choice and implementation of differentiated competitive strategy.On the basis of comprehensive analysis of the external macro environment of Company V as a hazardous waste disposal enterprise,industry competition situation and objective analysis and evaluation of internal resources and capacity conditions,the differentiation strategy was selected as the competitive strategy of Company V;combined with the actual objective conditions of the enterprise Based on the above,aiming at the implementation requirements of the differentiated competition strategy,a series of measures and guarantees for the implementation of the differentiated competition strategy are proposed,which can provide certain references for peer companies in Shandong Province. |
