| For offshore drilling platform and unconventional shale oil and gas development needs drilling pump large displacement,lightweight,high power,strong stability,high reliability requirements.In this paper,five-cylinder pump at home and abroad by consulting the relevant literature,research and analysis of five-cylinder pump,the structure and hydraulic performance of the power end of the five-cylinder single-acting drilling pump,the matching of stroke and jig ferquency,and the relationship between jig ferquency and crankshaft stress are analyzed.The working conditions and main technical parameters of the five-cylinder single-acting drilling pump are determined,and the component model and the structure diagram of the power end are drawn by using Solid Works software.The hydraulic performance is studied,the movement law of pump-valve is analyzed,and the influence of connecting rod ratio and hysteresis angle on piston motion and pulsation rate is determined,the displacement pulsation rate of five-cylinder drilling pump is 14.83%lower than that of three-cylinder single-acting drilling pump,and the displacement of five-cylinder double-acting pump is 92%higher than that of single-acting pump,analyzes the law of volumetric efficiency changing with cylinder diameter when there is no gas and when there is gas,analyzes the flow field of valve clearance with Fluent software,and analyzes the configuration of perfusion pump,the pump efficiency can be increased by 2.63%after using the perfusion pump for the five-cylinder single-acting drilling pump.According to the relative stroke S and jig ferquency n data of the five-cylinder pump,the N-S type spectrum of the five-cylinder pump is drawn,and the critical line of the medium-speed pump with a large stroke s and the high-speed pump with a small stroke S is determined,analyzes the influence of stroke and jig ferquency on the displacement,power and efficiency of drilling pump,When S=300 321mm and n=112 120min-1 are obtained,“Appropriately increasing stroke,reasonably reducing stroke”can increase displacement.The force of key parts of drilling pump is analyzed,that the positive pressure of offset design guide plate of crank and connecting rod is reduced by 26.58%,and the total efficiency is increased by 1.77%,the bending stress and fatigue strength of the crankshaft are analyzed,the mathematical relationship between the jig ferquency and the bending stress amplitude of the crankshaft is established,the strength and stiffness of the crankshaft are analyzed by ANSYS software,and the error rate of the mathematical model is compared,the error rate is 14.65%compared with the theoretical value 4.8%,compared with other working conditions 8.82%. |
