Research On The Construction Experience And Optimization Scheme Of FSSC In Iron And Steel Enterprises

Since the country proposed supply side reform in 2015,steel enterprises in the downward trend of the industry have been facing transformation pressure of ’reducing production capacity,inventory,leverage,cost reduction,and weaknesses.In 2017,the state proposed to promote the integrated development of the real economy and the digital economy under the main line of supply-side structural reform and accelerate the development of the manufacturing industry towards the direction of digitalization,networking and intelligence.Therefore,many steel companies are choosing to make digital transformation.In the process of digital transformation,financial digitization is an important part.Many enterprises choose to establish FSSC as the breakthrough of financial digital transformation.Especially for large scale enterprises with management problems,FSSC can well solve the integrated management problems and provide technical support for the development of modern enterprises.Therefore,in order to help iron and steel enterprises in the supply-side reform and have not completed the financial transformation to better manage enterprise affairs and establish high-quality financial sharing center,this paper takes Nisco as an example to study the construction process of its financial sharing center,aiming to provide some reference for other iron and steel enterprises.This article mainly uses the methods of case study and comparative study to conduct a detailed analysis of the measures taken before and after the establishment of the FSSC of Nisco.First of all,it makes clear the motivation for Nisco to establish a FSSC and determines that it is necessary to establish a FSSC and can bring scale effect to the enterprise.Secondly,this paper introduces the overall planning process and the construction of specific business processes of Nisco’s to build the FSSC and describes the four major business processes in detail.Thirdly,based on the preliminary analysis of the construction process and operation effect of Nisco’s FSSC,this paper summarizes five important experiences and practices,which are to determine the transformation direction in combination with the strategy,pay attention to the preliminary preparation and research,prioritize the business process reconstruction,build the intelligent master database,and fully implement the FSSC.Fourthly,based on the preliminary analysis of the construction process and operation effect of Nisco’s FSSC,this paper summarizes four important empirical practices,which are to make full preparation and research,pay attention to business process reconstruction and business priority division,unify the master data standard and make full use of the existing system,steadily build and gradually promote.Finally,according to the deficiencies reflected in the construction process and effect analysis,this paper puts forward optimization suggestions from the four aspects of staff training,business optimization,risk control and information sharing,which can provide reference for other steel enterprises.After the research,this paper also summarizes three important conclusions,which respectively expounds the important judgment factors of whether enterprises need to establish FSSC,the key elements of the establishment of FSSC and the importance and key points of operation and maintenance after completion.From the theoretical point of view,this paper adds the influence of enterprise development strategy on financial digital transformation mode and the mechanism of FSSC affecting enterprise operation level and creating enterprise value.From the perspective of innovation,most of the existing construction experience and optimization plan research are put forward based on theories.However,this paper reviews the construction process of FSSC in practical cases in detail and analyzes the relevant effects,and puts forward relevant experience and optimization plan based on the actual situation.
