Research On Application And Optimization Of Financial Sharing Service Center Of Enterprise Group

The Financial Shared Service Center is a new centralized management model.In China,due to the continuous expansion of enterprise groups,the financial management structure has increased correspondingly,and the financial personnel at all levels have also rapidly expanded.In order to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of group financial operations,more and more enterprise groups apply Financial Shared Service Center.Through its operation mode,it can improve the cost increase,efficiency decrease,process execution is not in place,etc.,improve the effectiveness and timeliness of financial information,and support the development of strategic goals of enterprise groups.At present,Chinese scholars mainly study and analyze the application of financial shared service centers from a macro perspective.It is still urgent to improve according to the actual situation of the enterprise group and the development needs.This paper focuses on the issue of financial sharing and selects Shanghai Baosteel for case study.Shanghai Baosteel,as one of the largest and most influential steel enterprise groups in China,is very representative and useful for its research on the application and optimization of financial shared service centers.This paper uses a combination of normative research,case studies and comparative research methods to conduct a specific analysis.First of all,the article expounds the research background,significance and research framework,and reviews and reviews the theoretical basis and environmental background of the financial shared service center.Then,it introduces the general situation of Shanghai Baosteel Enterprise Group,expounds the specific practices of Shanghai Baosteel Application Financial Sharing Service Center,and conducts motivation analysis.Secondly,according to the specific practices of Shanghai Baosteel,combined with specific data and structural changes,the analysis of the effect of Shanghai Baosteel Application Financial Sharing Service Center was introduced,and the results obtained were affirmed and the possible shortcomings were analyzed.Finally,the paper puts forward some optimization suggestions for the main problems existing in Shanghai Baosteel Financial Shared Service Center,and summarizes the full text.The research in this paper finds that Shanghai Baosteel apply Financial Sharing Service Center has improved the financial management process and system of the enterprise group,improved the financial risk management and control ability of the group as a whole,and met the needs of the Group's financial strategy transformation.However,there are still problems such as insufficient performance management leading to brain drain,unclear division of powers and responsibilities,and imperfect information systems.In order to solve these problems,this paper proposes a combination of BSC and KPI to strengthen the performance management of Shanghai Baosteel Financial Shared Service Center,strengthen the cultivation of composite professional financial personnel and improve the management's attention to reduce brain drain.Combined with the current development trend of Shanghai Baosteel,it is proposed that the information system of Shanghai Baosteel's Financial Sharing Service Center can try to establish a database of “one main and multiple auxiliary”,deepen the integration of horizontal and vertical integration of information,and apply artificial intelligence to build intelligent financial sharing center recommendations.In summary,it is expected that this study will provide a reference and basis for the practical application and optimization of the financial sharing service center of China's enterprise groups.
