Natural mineral pigment is commonly used coloring materials in ancient Chinese painting and calligraphy. It refers to the natural particles or compounds formed by geological action, which are solid state, but also have a definite internal structure, stable within a certain range of physical and chemical conditions, and is the basic unit of rocks and ores.Natural mineral powder has the characteristics of strong stability, wide source, easy access, good hair color, wide range of application, but there are few studies on natural mineral powder coloring paper alone.Loess is a natural yellow mineral powder, easy to obtain, low price, contains a large amount of Fe2O3,silicic acid, and a small amount of calcium, magnesium, potassium, sodium and other common mineral elements,is commonly used in the cave murals in the primitive era.Alkylglycoside APG is a natural non-toxic colorless surfactant, which changes the surface tension to keep the whole system stable. The hydrophilic group is connected with water, and the hydrophobic group is connected with loess.Loess powder can be evenly dispersed in water,so as to prepare dyeing liquid.Sodium alginate is a natural non-toxic adhesive, excellent aqueous solution viscosity, increase the viscosity of the coloring solution, the color is fixed on the paper,to achieve the paper coloring effect. In this study, using a single natural loess powder, natural adhesive sodium alginate and surfactant alkyl glycoside APG,the three preparation, and color on the surface of paper,a single loess powder paper color purpose, and through the trend of color, transverse and vertical analysis data, and determine the trend of paper color and solution viscosity. Finally, the color difference of paper before and after aging was measured, and the data in the group was compared and analyzed to explore the stability of loess powder and the stability of paper after coloring,so as to provide the possibility for paper repair and coloring.
